I purchased a Living Social deal from them and after filling out their form online and calling them numerous times with no response (and no option to leave a message), I contacted Living Social to request a refund. The LS rep informed me that they cancelled the deal, apologized, issued me a full refund AND gave me a $ 5 credit towards my next LS purchase. Now that’s customer service! There wasn’t an option to give them no stars, so that’s why I gave them one.

I purchased a Living Social deal for the Polka Dot Gloves Cleaning, and have had nothing but difficulty trying to schedule the cleaning.
You have to schedule the cleaning via email, as the phone number is just a mailbox. There have been times that I have tried to call the phone number, and I have received the message «this mailbox is not in service.»
This is the 2nd time that they have been a no-​show, and I am requesting a Living Social refund.
Too bad, they have a good website and their address is close to my home.
