Sparta Combat Academy offers a variety of physical training (strength, conditioning, cardio, obstacle race prep) & martial arts (boxing & kickboxing) to a diverse community linked by similar interests.

At SCA, we don’t put everyone into a standard «3 sets of 10» type of routine. We offer completely customized 1-​on-​1 and Small Group Personal Training… grab a couple of friends and set up a session!

Or, if you like a little more competitive environment and you’re looking to burn the most calories possible in minimal time, try one of our classes: Elite Cardio Kickboxing, Fitness Boxing and Warrior Conditioning.

After overcoming obesity as a child and again as a young adult, I have spent more than 15 years gathering weight management knowledge and the last 5 collecting the right mix of equipment for improving musculoskeletal fitness as well as cardiovascular and respiratory system health. My passion for combat sports has driven me to continually discover the ultimate in physical conditioning routines.
