CONSUMERS, CONSUMERS PLEASE BEWARE! Proceed with caution as this business should not be in business. Customer Service at it’s poorest to say the least. If I owned a business and treated the public like this business does I would have NO BUSINESS and be poor, dumb and broke. This guy is arrogant, smug and most likely hates himself and the world which is why he should not be in the people business. I had a 9am appointment to get my entire vehicle tinted and everyone in Atlanta knows Atlanta traffic??? You never can gauge it no matter what time of day and what time you leave. I was 10 minutes late and when we arrived we greeted with disrespect and arrogance like I have never received before. He immediately stated we are going to have to reschedule your late. I obviously said excuse me and actually think he wanted to start a fight. I said NO THANK YOU and poliitely said you know Atlanta traffic and you had my phone number if you had a concern why didn’t you call? He arrogantly said you had our number. I will never do business with business owners like this and WILL NEVER recommend this business. I will also make it my mission to tell everyone about this unprofessional place. I should have stayed away when my gut told me to last week, I called to make an appointment and he was rude, smug and arrogant over the phone. I have a suggestion for this individual, if you hate people as bad as your demeanor shows then don’t own your own business. Get a job where you are not required to work with people, that would better suit you.
PUBLIC WARNING: If you are not concerned about exceptional customer service then go right ahead and throw your hard earned money away with this business. I on the other hand am in the people business and provide exceptional customer service daily and choose to spend my money with a business that will do the same. This place is not the only window tinting place in town.
