Established in 2001.

Prior to starting his own firm in 2001, Mr. Stevens worked as an insurance defense lawyer for two well-​established firms. He also worked for ten years as a claims manager for prominent insurance companies, which provided him with great insight into the way insurance companies evaluate cases. This experience has given him a strategic edge in maximizing the value of cases for his clients. Mr. Stevens has tried personal injury cases in the Superior, State and Magistrate Courts of the State of Georgia.

Casey W. Stevens, began his career an insurance defense attorney, defending against personal injury lawsuits. Within two years, he began to represent plaintiffs, providing his unique insight into the strategic methods and limitations of the insurance companies and their attorneys.
