No show, no call… not interested anymore! A company that does not demonstrate good customer service, usually does not do good work.

I had to finally write this review, after seeing Watson Home Solutions ran another Living Social deal. We bought the first Living Social deal-​2 hours handyman service for $ 40. I wouldn’t pay $ 40 per hour, but $ 40 for 2 hours, I felt it was worth the shot. We scheduled them to come do a home maintenance package first, which we paid $ 150 for, but they didn’t really complete everything on the list that they said they’d do. Then we tried to schedule them to come handle our «to do» list-​to get as much done as they could within that 2-​hour window we had with the coupon. We had to reschedule FOUR times, as the owner, Matt, would cancel at the last minute in favor of other higher-​priced projects, or just wouldn’t show up. And it’s not like we could call them because we were told that no one really answers the calls or you can’t leave a message, so everything had to be done by EMAIL… So hours were spent waiting for him to show up. So, on the 4^th time we rescheduled we get an email, over an hour past the time when he was supposed to show up, saying, «I can’t take it anymore, 2^nd accident this week. I’m thinking about dissolving the business. I’m sorry, but you’ll have to find someone else to do your work.» And now, here he is again with another Living Social coupon, when he couldn’t handle the business he already had. PLUS-​he has raised his prices. It looks like now it’s $ 50 per hour instead of $ 40. I encourage you to avoid this business, unless you like wasting your time waiting on people to show up.

No return calls

How refreshing! Hard working fresh young faces arrived at my door to knock out my honey-​do list! They were prompt, very thorough, and so knowledgeable. They provided great solutions for each item on my list. It is such a relief to have all of these issues around my house finally taken care of and it really puts my mind at ease to know I have a company I can (and will) call for all of my future «honey-​do» needs!

Awful. totally unreliable. typically charges $ 40 per hour when the going rate in atlanta is about $ 35. slow service when he shows up. and that is when he shows up. most of the time he doesn’t even show up.

Purchased a living social coupon. I had a leak in my garage area next to the chimney. I have the roofer come twice and re-​do the roof area near the chimney and still no success. The only thing left to do was to have the chimney pan checked.
I used my coupon to engage Matt Watson to inspect the chimney pan. He arrived as as scheduled and scaled to the top of the chimney. Upon careful inspectio mMatt determined trhat there were a couple of problems witnthe 25 year old chimney pan. He took pictutes witnhis iphone. Came back down and showed me the issues. We negotiated a price for a new chimney pan and shroud. Matt said he would apply the total value of the living social coupon toward the puirchase. We made the deal.
Two weeks later he scheduled an appointment to install the chimney pan. When he removed the old pan he found several more problems withn the original installation. He completed the new installation … looks great and I’m sure that I will no longer have any problems with leaks.

Trifecta of AWESOME: fast, good, and value!
Watson Home Solutions showed up right on time (to the minute) and proceeded to fix the garbage disposal, toilet tank valve, fireplace, two door knobs, ceiling sheetrock, and an electrical outlet — all in under two hours! Throughout the process, Matt and Dae were accessible, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable — I highly recommend Watson Home Solutions and look forward to working with them again.

I purchased a LivingSocial for Watson Home Solutions, and scheduled them to come take care of a little laundry list of things: putting up curtain rods, mounting a flat-​screen to the wall, hanging a large framed print, etc. They did make a mistake on the scheduling, but caught it and rescheduled the appointment.
Two people came, and they were really great. They were fast and quiet, and didn’t make much of a mess even though they were drilling into walls. They made it through my list, and everything looks great. We had asked them to secure a bookshelf to the wall. We would have put the L-​bracket on the outside of the bookcase, but they made sure to put the L-​bracket inside so it isn’t visible. It looks much nicer! I would definitely hire them again.
