Purchased a Group On late last week and called today to set up a date and time to have my gutters cleaned. We established the date and time for next week. They apparently have more business than they can handle b/​c I received a call later today explaining that they wouldn’t honor my Group On since it’s been less than a year since a used a Group On with them.
BEWARE and please be sure to read the mice type. Needless to say, I WON’T be doing business with them in the future since they apparently don’t appreciate my business. I’ll spending my money with a service provider that appreciates my business.

Fooled me once and I was stupid enough to let them do it again! bought Groupon for their gutter service they did not honor it and they kept on pestering me for the $ 30 and I actually paid it! That was last year this year I actually did it again and the same thing she said she would not honor the Groupon because it was less than a year when it wasn’t it was actually more than a year. In any case worse than that they have a new suction machine to clean out the gutters it’s not done by hand and they tore off a large part of my fascia board where my garage light is so the electricity is exposed and even though they told me they’re insured for just such consequences they had NO intention of doing anything about it. Be forewarned

Be very cautious using this company. Verify the condition of your windows beforehand and do not leave the workers unsupervised. Make sure you verify their liability insurance and the hold harmless clause on your part. You are likely to have workers showing up in flip flops climbing ladders which is dangerous. Customer service is difficult to contact directly.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not honor what they advertise. The company was supposed to clean up to 3500 sq ft of gutter. They cleaned 25 feet of our gutters and were on our property for 9 minutes.

I was a little reluctant to use window genie but I thought with so many negative reviews who can they still be in business? Wow was I glad I did guys did a great job and went beyond the scope of what I expected! They did a great job at a far price! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work around the house.

Bought a Livingsocial deal and when they came out they said the «deal» price if they did the whole house or else ala cart prices applied. Both prices were ridiculous!!! Never again!!!

I purchased a Groupon for Window Genie and was a little skeptical at first but sure am glad I did! The whole experience was easy and quick! The nice office staff explained how to count my windows in detail and let me know they would re-​count onsite. I had more windows than I had originally thought. The crew was on time and proficient and my windows are sparkling! I will use window genie again and again after the great experience I had last month.

Bought a groupon for window cleaning. Thought it was a good savings, however the 49.00 groupon plus 193.00 was not bad. But when you miss windows, dont wipe off widown sills and need to follow the window washers around, not good. Next time check references and skip the groupon. By the way I had 48 windows/​doors/​transition windows. Two men done in a couple hours… way too fast to do a good job.

Window and gutter cleaning with an attitude… caused a problem on my gutter and have been difficult to get this addressed. Streaked a main large window in our family room. Oh… they’ll be REALLY nice if you want to talk about extra services or window tinting,
Don’t be tempted by the groupon… I wish I paid a little more to a more competent operator. These people have cost me more than than the window cleaning charge.

Got the deal on groupon. I was super excited to have my windows cleaned. What a waste of money. They told me I had over 30 windows so I had to pay more. Well, it took the guy less than an hour (maybe 45 mins) to «clean» all of the windows. Really!!! He misplaced the screens. Didn’t clean all of the windows and the one that he did had water marks. When I called to complain, I talked to Jennifer who told me that my windows looked the way they did because they were Extremely dirty to begin with!!! Are you serious?! That’s the reason why I hired you guys! She was very unpleasant and rude. Save yourself some money and do not use this company. They did not offer money back and I do not want them at my house ever again! I ended up cleaning my own windows.

I purchased a Groupon for a gutter cleaning. I had a great experience with another company that I purchased a Groupon gutter cleaning from a year ago so figured that Groupon may actually be reliable on something for a change. No such luck. Window Genie got mud and debris all over my siding, and leaves all over my deck, that I had to hose down myself. I have never had a gutter cleaning company not fully clean up before they left the job. On top of it, it seems that they only got to the gutters that didn’t require an extra tall ladder. They never bothered with the gutters at the top of the roof line. One of my gutters was full of leaves. It is still clogged even after Window Genie came out to allegedly clean the gutters. Another gutter had a crow’s nest in it. There is nothing more enjoyable than being woken up at 7am every morning by a crow squawking and banging around. A good gutter cleaning should have rid the nest from the gutters. I eventually had to call out another company to actually clean the gutters… something Window Genie failed to do.
Don’t waste your money with them.

Please Do Not Use this company. I bought my deal from Living Social and the Manger Dave seemed like a nice person. On the day the were scheduled to come out. I received a call From Tim who was the guy coming out to do the job. He informed me that I had the option of canceling since it was raining and he didnt want to mess up my floors and bring a wet ladder in my house. He then asked if I had very high windows and I informed him that I did. He then stated yes, I would leave blacck marks on your floor with the ladder. So I called the office only to get scolded by Dave, telling me that I was lying that the Tim said he never said that… basically calling me a liar and that I would loose the value of my living social. I called Tim back who ignored my call and went on to tell me I would not be able to get my money back from the living social. Is this a scam, for people that by from living social or Groupon, or did Tim and the Technician didnt want to deal with me becasue he didnt want to deal with me as I had called the day before to inquire my floors and how they woudl insure to keep them clean. Regardless I was played by Tim and scolded by Dave. So, yes I could have just let them come and do the job, but who wants poeple like that in your HOME!!!
TERRIBLE COMPANY and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Hopefully I will be able to receive my money back from living social. Otherwise hopefully this will save some people from using this company. I also will be reporting them to the BBB.
***Update: I called Living Social at (am as this all transpired betwen 7:45 and 8:30 am. They were GREAT! Gave me a refund on my account for the $ 69.00 that I paid. I guess you were wrong Dave. Thanks to Sabrina from Living Social very nice and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

BUYER BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I purchased a voucher for pressure washing for $ 49 worth $ 100 from Half of Depot.
I called twice asking about the service and decided to do house pressure wash that would cost me $ 175 as the lady said on the phone.
On the appointment day, two guys came in the morning to do the job and said he would look around the house. He came back and told me that he cannot give me $ 175 because the size of the house but $ 375 but he would give discount so THE PRICE WOULD BE $ 320! My house is a 2005, 4 sided brick and NOT A MINI MANSION WITH 3 CAR GARAGE! it’s not going to be much of work!
I was so surprised since they didn’t even tell me there would be a price change and that almost DOUBLE $$ THAN THE ORIGINAL PRICE! The guy also told me that he felt bad to be the bad news bearer. I think they jacked up the price because I’m going to use the voucher. So I cancelled the service.
I did a pressure wash with other company before and it only cost me $ 200 plus $ 25 for driveway
I checked my HOD account to see if I could get a refund, but Window Genie had ALREADY REDEEMED my voucher.
I called and spoke with the lady and she confirmed that they cannot give the $ 175 price. I asked for a refund from them since they had redeemed the HOD voucher. She said she would call back but didn’t.
I called again this morning and the lady said since I cancelled on the spot WITHOUT 48 hour notice, they CANNOT GIVE ME A REFUND.
I told her I cancelled because they suddenly jacked up the price from $ 175 to $ 320 ON THE SPOT. How would I know ahead of time if they just told me on that same day?
I asked her to reconsider the price since I don’t think my house is that huge. She thought I have a mini mansion with 3 car garage. She didn’t even want to reconsider and told me I could use it toward pressure wash the driveway or patio instead but she WOULD NOT REFUND the money.
I called my husband to explain the situation and my husband got so upset and called her. She finally said she would refund the money to Half off Depot and it will take 2 days.
The voucher that they sell on HOD is totally not worth it, instead of saving money, you WILL PAY MORE. No wonder they have to sell a lot of voucher on HOD to bring customers.
If you want customers to come to you, try to be HONEST, NO BAIT AND SWITCH offer and BE FAIR!
