Workout Anytime – Alpharetta

I wish there was a way to give no stars but can’t!!! This is a terrible gym. Dirty unclean promised to have equipment which they don’t have. They gym at times gets extremely busy and never has any cleaning supplies. Also they advertise 15 dollars a month but it’s a lie its 15 dollars plus 30 dollars for a scan card plus 60 dollars for an unknown fee. I went in to cancel my service. I. The contract it say you can cancel at anytime. The person working at the front desk refused to cancel my membership citing that I had to have a better excuse. After making a scene at the place they finally agreed to cancel my membership they stated that I would need to have another bill charged because it’s the «way they do things». Again complained to him and he stated that he was not the person who signed up my account and what I was told which is written I. Their contract is wrong. Overall now I have to call my cc company and inform them of this. Please again beware not worth your time or money.

Pros:
— cheaper than other gyms, convenient location
Cons:
— dirty — been going there for a while on different days/​times but have never seen anyone cleaning this gym. Going by the layers of dirt, dust and hair on some of the equipment I am sure it’s never been cleaned since the day this place opened
— bathroom is usually out of toilet paper, paper towels and/​or soap. after being completely out of soap again there is now a large bottle of DISHsoap next to one of the sinks. How lazy/​cheap can you be? There is a Kroger a few steps away, get some hand soap for a dollar!
— it’s HOT. there is not one single fan in this place. the temperature during my last few visits was ⁷⁹⁄₈₀ degrees. there seems to be zero ventilation.

Great gym to work out at and save money at the save time.

THIS IS A SCUM!!! I cancelled my membership last Aug., sent them certified letter requesting to cancel membership, they were supposed to charge my credit card for last payment and cancel the membership. They got the letter but apparently did not cancel it and now I had to pay $ 160 to the collector!!! BE CAREFUL WITH THESE GYM!!!
