I have many years of experience in the marketing of homes, condominiums, lots, and commercial real estate for sellers. I have been assisting buyers locate just the right primary or vacation home for over 30 years.

History

Established in 1980.

Our real estate office was started in the 1970’s by a local restaurant owner who decided to delve into real estate. In the early 1980’s two of the real estate brokers in the office at the time purchased the business. One of the them still owns the office and remains very active in the real estate community in the Lake Tahoe and Truckee areas.

I have been living in beautiful Alpine Meadows since 1970. My first real estate license was obtained in 1971. I love skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and lake kayaking. I consider myself very lucky to have been able to combine my love for the mountains with a job that allows me to take advantage of all the environment has to offer. I enjoy my work as much as my environment. It has been a real pleasure working with first home and second home buyers and sellers over the many years I have been practicing real estate in this same location. Over the years I have also constructed many homes for resale in this area.
