In undertaking a thorough upgrading of our 26-​year old residence we ended with two major tasks — kitchen re-​facing and carpet/​hardwood floors. Our kitchen work was beautifully handled by Pacific Kitchens — tops in their own field — and they put us in touch With Andy Flores, owner of Clean Image Floors, San Diego area.
From the start this organization excelled in two areas. First, Andy has some 20+ years in the field of flooring, from early days beginning as a carpet cleaner to owner of his own business. Simply put, Andy knows carpet and wood flooring thoroughly from personal experience. He arrives in a truck outfitted as a mobile show room with all the samples needed to make an informed decision. Over several weeks, Andy patiently re-​contacted us as we wavered between subtle shades of golden/​brown carpet and just the right flooring for our house.
Once estimated and scheduled, his team of personable and professional wood and carpet installers worked as a team — first handling the dusty business of wood floor removal, floor sanding and leveling — then finishing up with the carpet installation. The carpet team arrived with the new padding and carpet and had the entire house completed in just short of 4 days. This is an in-​house team of long-​time Clean Image Floors employees dedicated to detailed installation.
