McDonald’s

I am a retired native Californian. I have been in the customer service business, for much of my life… I have been a caregiver, salon owner, restaurant manager, cook etc… and basically worked a lot with the public.
I am the first to complain about bad service… But today, I am going to give someone who deserves a lot of praise, his recognition.
I went today to get the fish sandwhich special… with mom and sister. Your on duty manager, today is a young man who’s name is ‘Kevin’ the day manager.
Please forgive after all my buildup I didn’t get his last name, but didn’t really want him to know I was going to write this about him, to you.
Kevin is tall, and impeccably dressed. His hygiene is excellent, I noticed him washing his hands after handling something before he handed out food. He is so well groomed but that is just for beginners. His smile, and kindness, is so refreshing. Extremely helpful, and kind. I am on a very fixed income, and pretty poor most of the time. When I go out to eat, I don’t even look very nice much of the time… Kevin treats me with ultra respect, and I appreciate that… that is a true mark of superb customer service. He is sweet, attentive, and very professional. I would like to tell you that I wish more young people had his apparent inate talent to work with the public. I love this particular store by the way… All the ‘kids’ as I call them, are always so sweet… Kudos to Kevin. All managers, should be like him… thank you. the owner should be proud also of his great talent for hiring great people!

Very amazed how great this location is. Fast timely food, clean, and great customer service. When I came in I was welcomed right away with a greeting and it made me feel comfortable there unlike other McDonald’s that I have been too. The employees seem happy to be there and that puts a good impression to the customers.

Kevin the manager is such a sweetheart!!! His customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this McDonald’s! Never had a problem with any of my orders.

This is my first time having an issue with this place. The customer service isn’t always the greatest but never had an issue with orders or anything. Tonight I drive thru at about 11:20 and all the lights at the drive thru are on but no greeting as I waited for 5 min. So I pull around to walk inside ans doors are locked. I then leave and sure enough all the lights are off in the drive thru. If you are willing it just ignore me at the drive thru then just tell me over the intercom you can’t take my order for some reason. I would understand closing early and grills already being off or something. Getting ignored just bugs me.

I visited this McDonalds 4 days ago around 6 pm ONLY because they sell breakfast all day now. I ordered a sausage mc muffin with egg and a hash brown. It took awhile to get my order even though they were not busy. I got out to my car and took a bite of the hash brown and I spit it right out because it was inedible– it was old, cold, and had a hard crunch all the way through like there was no potato in the middle.
I walked back in and handed the hash brown back to the cashier and told him that it was inedible and I asked for a fresh one. The cashier did apologize, and several minutes later I got a fresh hash brown.
I wondered how Mickey Dees was going to handle having breakfast at the same time as dinner and I just found the answer– ridiculous wait time for old, cold, inedible food.

Rude, SLOW, gets your order wrong most of the time, inconsiderate. Skip this McDs and go to the greenfield one. They will appreciate your business

Someone mumbles back
I can’t understand him
I again tell him TWO FISH SANDWICHES
Him do you want tomatoes ?
For the third time I tell him Two fish sandwiches
I pull up the guy said nothing hands me my bag.
Me your are welcome
He just looks at me.
I hand him my $‘s
I get my change
The guy never said one word to me
Flat Rude!

The manager who closes every night is unbelievably rude. Their hours state they close at 1am yet somehow they never manage to stay open until then. I came through the drive-​thru around 11 and I was told they were «closing in 7 minutes so I needed to hurry up» when trying to figure out what to order. Sidenote, she also got my order wrong. Probably won’t come back unless I have to because of her poor customer service.

I wish I knew the name of the worker that helped us. She was so rude, handed us our food without even, looking at us and carried on with a personal conversation with another coworker. We used the drive through. Not going back. Not supporting such horrible attitude.

Drive thru at a standstill for 8 ½ minutes. No explanations or apologies for delay.

Very dirty.
Tables and floors.
I had to move around to find a table that was not as bad as the rest.
And this was at 8:30 in the morning.
Had to wait to be served, one of the employees just looked at me as I stood at the counter and didn’t call anyone to help me.
Then someone came from the back to take my order.
Food was just warm.
Don’t think I will be back.
Carl’s jr. Just off the freeway at Tavern is much better.

The food has definitely gotten better since the last time I’ve been here. Either the manager fired people or got them into shape, because before they couldn’t care less. If you asked for extra pickles you’d get 2 at most, now you’d get at least 4. The service and staff has been much nicer since the last few times. Their staff didn’t really seem to care at all about your food before but now they seem to care a little bit more. They have stepped up their game. :)

Undoubtedly the worst McDonald’s you could imagine! The employees are miserable, the service is slow, I have never been in a worst managed fast food shop in my life !
I ordered a shake, the ice cream was all over the outside of the cup, when I asked them if they could «please» wipe off the excess I got nothing but «attitude». I spoke to the manager, he is angry and could care less about customer service.
If you want to know why McDonald’s is in a tail spin with decreasing sales this McDonald’s is an example of why you should avoid McDonald’s at all costs !!

It’s McDonalds. Either you like the food or don’t. I usually try to avoid McD’s since they don’t buy American beef, but sometimes you are in a hurry and there is nothing else closer.
This McD’s has gotten better since they first opened, but the service is still inconsistent. Sometimes good, sometimes bad, but they always lack any interpersonal skills. Just a job to them. I do always see it very clean. The drive thru seems to take much longer than any other restaurant and is extremely tight to navigate unless you are driving a Prius. Especially if they want you to pay at the first window. The food is handed to you with barely a smile or thank you.

Less then a star! I don’t go to McDonald’s often, but I when I go I always get the same RUDE women. She is awful!!! They ran out of Carmel? How? She is extremely rude person. Kill with kindness does not work with this woman. Time for a higher up to step in.

Horrible! If you like to get ripped off on what you pay for, go to this McDonalds. For example, they like to only fill the fries half-​way when you go through the drive-​thru. If they were ever reported to the county’s weights and measures department, they would potentially be facing many fines.

Can I give less that one star? This is by FAR the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It opened just a couple years ago, so you’d think it would be awesome, but… NO. First off, the staff is rude. Not just rude, but RUDE. Like they go out of their way to not be nice. And if they get your order correct (which is rare), it will likely be undercooked or ice cold.
Today is Super Bowl Sunday. Seems like a day when many people might want a quick bite in the morning, right? I went there for coffee, just coffee… and they had their drive-​thru blocked off with «wet floor» signs. Seriously? McDonald’s corporate office allows them to just close the drive-​thru like that? I think not. I left and went somewhere else.
Do yourself a favor and SKIP this McDonald’s location. The owner/​franchisee should be banned from ever owning a restaurant.

Just in case anyone reads these that cares from a management perspective, we are driving to the one on Los Coches to cash in some gift certificates for no other reason than how terrible the service at this location is.
Long waits, forgotten food items, indifferent employees every time we have tried coming here. Never again.

I was in the area walking a trail and decided to stop by for a small coffee and some oatmeal. I was very hungry, so I added a sausage McMuffin. (
) For some reason, the tray had water splattered around it, so I had to take my food off it. I was not happy about that.
The oatmeal was a little watery, so I place the sliced apples in, stirred it up, and put the lid back to let it sit and ate my McMuffin first. (
) The McMuffin was good. It was nice and warm and freshly made. (
) When I got back to the the oatmeal, it had settled better. (
) The oatmeal was cooked through and the oatmeal had good flavor. I liked that it was not overly sweet.
The service here was unenthusiastic to say the least. Lacking in personalities and senses of humor, made for a humdrum experience at the counter. In fact, I was glad to get away from the counter and to my seat. If it were not for my experience with the service, it would of been and A-​okay, but to be honest, I have had better service at other locations.

Yes, that’s the pic I took last Saturday while I was waiting in line for my food. Hot day and no ice cream products and apparently no communication because when I asked the girl at the window when she thought the ice cream would be back online, she shook her head and said «We’re not selling ice cream? No one told me that… so I don’t know.»
For the first time EVER in my Mickey D loving life, I threw away my double cheeseburger because it just tasted so weird… not sure why but I will stick to my Mickey D’s on Los Coches Road.
