Just went to get pretzels, Josh helped us and he was very efficient even with my 3 hungry boys, he was very kind, even grabbed a straw from the self serve bar for us, which I would have forgotten… to me it’s the little things that go a long way. The other gal working had a warm smile for us too.

The Samoan twins who work at Wetzels are absolutely awesome. One sister had a great customer service attitude while the other sister made me great quality food. Then on a different day, the older sister bought a homeless man food. They are really kind hearted and are great employees.

A great snack after you’ve worked up an appetite shopping!
LOVE their pretzel bites with the cheese dip. I prefer to get it unsalted or you can even get the salt on the side because they put A LOT of salt on their pretzels. The worker who helped us was super friendly, helpful, and patient as we took forever to decide our order. We also got the Wetzel dog bites and they were delicious and would be great for anyone who loves pigs in a blanket. Although I still prefer the plain pretzel bites… Keeping it old school: P

Staff talks to much to each other. But they don’t communicate well regarding work. We ordered two pretzel dogs and only one was made after over 10 minutes and the other wasn’t started because the workers making the dogs were talking. The second dog came almost 5 min later.
