Duct Season

Horrible service! I called the week before I needed the service to see if I was in the service area and if they were available on a specific day. I was buying a house and needed the dryer duct cleaned before the new dryer was delivered. The guy on the phone assured me I was in their service area and they were available the day I needed. Fast forward to the day of my scheduled time, 5 minutes before my service window started– I received a call saying I was outside of the service area and they couldn’t come clean my dryer duct. I specifically called ahead of time to check and now, 5 minutes before he is supposed to be at my door, he tells me he isn’t coming. Thanks for nothing guy!
I would also give zero stars if that was an option!

Horribly unprofessional. I tried numerous times to schedule a cleaning with this guy and it took a total of two months to get a call back and for the appointment to be scheduled. On appointment day, I was told he would be at my condo between 9am and 11am. This guy never showed up, did not call and did not answer my call. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

Guys did an awesome job and fairly priced! Highly recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

Family owned business… Tim and Frank did a great job on the full house duct cleaning. I strongly suggest using Duct Season.
