Has worked on my entire families cars for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Honest, reliable service.
I went to one of those quick lube chain places for an oil change thinking it was too small time to bother G&L. That won’t happen again. I went to 2 different quick lube places and both times ended up having to come and get it redone and the bottom of my car cleaned of all the spilled oil. Apparently they used pliers to put the filter on and it sprayed my car .
Thanks to Bud my mechanic, he explained the importance of avoiding the chains (the cheaper oil used, the rush to make numbers, etc). And G&L ends up replacing engines on one of the chains. They call him when they run into a problem.
Moral of the story Isn’t about oil changes. It’s about honesty and consistency and you will find that here.

I was recently referred to this shop through some friends. These days its hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I called and was able to bring my car in right away. Bud (the owner) took the time to show me what was wrong and explain what needed to be done. I liked that he took the time to do that and also let me know my options in order to save money. Whenever I have car issues I will definately bring it back here. Two thumbs up!
