2A Zone

By far my favorite home based FFL. I try to go through them for everything.

Went today by appointment. In and out quick, female I believe to be Sandra, nice talkative, informative but not too much to be bothersome. She laminated my safety card (paying attention to little customer stuff is good). Handled my situation quickly and at the lowest cost around. A bit of a drive for me (1 hour) …worth it. Will be a regular from now on. Saved bucks and was given good attention. Service like this cant be beat…

there are places closer to me (in pasadena) where i can get firearms DROS’ed and transferred to, but 2a zone has the best prices (as well as a lower sales tax), so i go there. besides transfers, they sell firearms and accessories at very competitive prices. although 2a zone isn’t a traditional gun store — in the sense that you can walk in and check out what they have for sale — you can check what they have in stock at their website (
), and if they don’t have what you’re looking for, you can always give them a call and ask if it can be special ordered.
perhaps the best thing about 2a zone is their customer service — which is very convenient, friendly and reliable. no attitudes to suffer through (–cough– turners –cough-​), which is a BIG plus.

The very best! home based FFL. Great prices on last minute SSE. No gouging here. $ 50 dealer transfers? Yup. Sign me up. Jaime and Sandra run this FFL with a high degree of communication and expert level knowledge. Very easy folks to work with. Even though they are being bombarded with last minutes orders, they still find time to respond in a reasonable time to emails and calls. Best part is you make an appointment, walk in and walk out in 10 minutes. Try doing that at any gun shop. If your in the market for any long rifle or handgun, give them a shot first as they are very competitive in pricing.

Great folks working here. Jamie and Sandra run a small but very productive FFL dealership out of their home. With the closure of SSE by the end of december they’re dealing with a huge volume of work so getting in contact may require an attempt or two, but they’ve always gotten back to me in a quick and efficient manner. They went out of their way to assist me with my purchase and were friendly and professional the whole way through. If you’re looking to acquire a hard to find piece, drop them a line, chances are they can probably find it for you.

Jamie and his wife are very friendly people and a pleasure to deal with. They are able to get a lot of hard to find pieces. Jamie is extremely knowledgeable and will not hesitate to take the extra time to give insight or pointers on various things.
The FFL is run out of a home so don’t expect to go into a shop and browse around. You pretty much need to know what you’re looking for or have a general idea and have them order it for you. DROS and pickup are by appointment only. Because both Jamie and his wife do this on the side and get pretty busy so it is very difficult at times to get in touch with them. In my experience, calling seems to work better than email.

I can’t say enough good things about Jamie and Sandra! They are a pleasure to do business with and they really enjoy working to help get customers those little bundles of joy that are otherwise so difficult to acquire. Do yourself a favor and send them a message today so you can get that present you’ve always wanted, before Jerry Frost and his group of misfit elves cut a hole in Santa’s bag!

Quite possibly the best customer service of any business I’ve experienced. I drive almost an hour to 2A Zone just because I know Jaime will take the time to answer all of my questions and point me in the right direction to what I’m looking for. I have made multiple purchases and will continue to do so in the future. I HIGHLY recommend 2A Zone and I do so to all of my friends.

Great customer service, great selection. Very friendly and accommodating. Out of all other gun store experience this one is unique being that its a home ran FFL. It provides a better customer relations. I have referred more friends than I can count to 2A as I know my friends are in good hands.

The customer service from Jamie and Sandra at 2A Zone is unbelievable. They are now extremely knowledgeable and they offer a great inventory of hard to find guns. If they don’t have quite what you’re looking for, they are happy to find it for you and their prices are very competitive. I have made a number of purchases from them, recommended them to many of my friends, and will continue to do so in the future. If you are looking for a FFL in the southern California area, I cannot recommend 2A Zone highly enough.

2A Zone is the best home based FFL in SoCal. Jamie is a stand up guy and will help you get anything you want. He and his wife are extremely busy. So if they do not answer your texts, voicemail or emails, contact them again. I feel like I would be bothering them if I did but Jamie ensured me that it wouldn’t so I did. Their prices are very competitive but beat most major dealers in SoCal. I will buy again and again till the end of this year. Wish I had known about them last year. Thanks again Jamie and Sandra!
