Erick is a great Contractor. He is smart, hands on and reasonably price. We just had our outdoor Lanai room remodeled. It consisted of a new roof, new skylights and other improvements. He did a great job and the roof does not leak anymore. He suggested and installed skylights that have Solar powered shades. They work incredible. Erick has done numerous projects around our house for years and we are always very satisfied.
I have had the opportunity to look at many of Erick’s projects including my neighbors house and talk to his clients. My projects have been minimal compared to some of the ones I saw, they have all been remarkable and his clients can’t stop praising him.

Erick is one of the best contractors I’ve come across. He’s very knowledgable, straight forward, and a pleasure to deal with. Our project consisted of removing a concrete walkway that had formed deep 4″ puddles in the rainy season. The new walkway is in and looks beautiful.
