We had an 11:00 a.m. reservation for today’s Sunday brunch! After having had previous good experiences with the establishment, we were looking forward to our visit. But after today’s experience, it will be some time before we return, if at all! One would think that one hour into the brunch, items on the buffet would be appropriately stocked — NOT! It was the worst brunch buffet ever. When we made our way to food area, there were no dinner plates. The«gourmet» salad bar contained multiple items; however, there were only two serving utensils for use in the many containers(each container should contain its own serving utensil). Also, how can there be a salad without tomatoes — there were none to be found. There was no pasta entrée as indicated in their ad. There was a chef attended omelet station; however, the chef kept excusing himself to go to the kitchen to restock items. Shouldn’t there be a person dedicated to solely restocking items? After multiple inquiries, the empty bacon and sausage pan finally got filled. The hot food was not hot(it was also overcooked and very dry). The dessert station was basically empty. The waitress was not attentive. There were multiple children noisily running around and playing with balloons over top of the food area. Is there no supervision?
