Scam! Charged my card & I never got my room. I hope you read this before you fall into the same mistake I did.

NOTHING EASY OR QUICK — This is a SCAM! Clearly I should have read the reviews before I tried «Easy Quick Travel» — unbelievable I book a room and as soon as I click approve the charge I receive a message that the room is no longer available BUT my card was already charged… weird that I could be charged for something no longer available. Not only does their site continue to show the room available but when I call their customer service line I am told that «sometimes it says available when they are really sold out» and that it is my bank that has not returned my the money not them. Well, I confirmed with my bank that no money has been returned by Easy to my bank 12 hours later! Oh and I easily booked a room on Expedia from the lobby and was in the room within minutes. Shame on me for trying to save $ 5.00 when Expedia has always delivered. I learned my lesson. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and I suggest everyone else with issues does too because on Unilocal they have one star but on BBB they are A+ with barely any history. These kind of companies need to be put out of business. I am lucky enough to have had the money to get another room but someone else could be out the money and no place to stay and have a customer service clone blaming it on their bank.

What a scammers!!! have been trying booking hotel 3 times the website, showed available rooms. once I click approve nothing would show up but I was charged three times finally when I called them and I got somebody on the phone, they did the same transaction with a credit card but over the phone — got a charge FOURTH time. Finally got confirmation over the phone, came to Las Vegas, tried to check in, manager of the hotel said: No reservation available, hotel is sold out!!! Spent six hours finally the manager figured the problem and gave us a shitty room, the worst one ever possible

Perfect execution of a holiday stay at a high end resort. Was initially apprehensive, since we couldn’t confirm the reservation via the hotel, but all was well once we arrived at this glorious destination. The Easy Click discount allowed us to extend our stay which thrilled us no end. Thanks, Easy Click!

It is a pain to get a hold of them. Very long wait times. I did make a reservation using them and it was legitimate but the SLIGHTLY better rates than their competitors but is certainly not worth the extra hassle of dealing with them. No other way to contact them besides the toll free number — they do tell you how many people are inhfront of you in line but it is painfully slow. Once you do get through they continue to put you on and off hold because they can’t do anything without asking the man behind the curtain. Will not be using them again.

Count yourself lucky if you actually get the hotel/​room you booked. They clearly fall in the «scam» category for me. Booked a hotel in downtown Chicago, confirmed with Easy Click Travel the day before, biked 60 miles there, and found out that I didn’t really have a room. The hotel receptionist told me I was the twentieth person from Easy Click Travel they’d had to turn away that day.
When I called them, they claimed a «mistake» (sound familiar?), and tried a bait-​and-​switch. How about a hotel at Midway? Uh… I’m on my bike, that’s not going to happen. Ruined my weekend, but at least they returned my money.

We are currently sitting outside the Hyatt Regency in Chicago. Our reservation that we made through Easy Click travel apparently did not go through. Easy click travel is not picking up the phone, and we have been trying to call them for over half an hour. Do not use them! It is a scam!

Booked a room on ⁷⁄₂₉ and called this morning to confirm with the hotel and it’s good to go! No problems and the hotel even gave me my confirmation number plus a free upgrade to a king size bed! As good as it gets!

Cheap because of Hidden resort fees. No where on my payment page or confirmation email does it state resorts fees will be charged upon checkout. Got a $ 50 bill from Ballys AC when checking out. Customer service basically says it’s in fine print. I forwarded my email to them to show me where it states that. Well what do you know… after paying for trip and getting your confirmation email you must go to website and put in reservation number and right there on bottom there it is! Who pays extra fees when booking thru online web sites? And who actually logs back into account once they have the confirmation email. NEVER had to pay any extra fees before… what’s the point in using them. You save absolutely no money. I’m sticking to Orbitz and Priceline, at least with them once you pay for room… your done. I knew something had to be wrong.

I found a really good deal on Easy Click Travel a day or two ago so I booked. I did not receive an email with my confirmation. I don’t recall if they even asked me for my email. I created an account and my reservation does not appear. I assume it will sometime soon. But I can’t view my reservation. I have to call the company. This would be fine if it was 2004. But other travel companies show me my itinerary at a moment’s notice.
To be fair, I have not called the company. I just assumed since their name is ‘Easy Click’ that I could just click through what I needed to. How hard is it for me to administer the changes? Do I really need to talk to another person on a old computer to do that?
Its honestly not worth the money I saved. Just spend $ 10 more dollars with a more reputable travel agency and you will be happy.

EASY CLICK TRAVEL does indeed have SLIGHTLY better rates than their competitors but is certainly not worth it in the end!
When I booked a trip to Punta Cana, I received an email upon booking, confirming my trip with a note stating that I had until 3 days before my trip to cancel or make any changes to reservation.
I contacted EASY CLICK TRAVEL TEN (10) days before my trip to take one person off of my itinerary — which they did successfully. What they have failed to do is process my REFUND!!!
I would definitely stay away from this company and certainly do NOT recommend them. They are very professional and courteous when you are booking, but they completely flip the script when they need to issue a refund!!! I was hung-​up on multiple times, kept on hold for over an hour (several times), promised a call-​back and notification regarding my refund with no avail.
I have contacted the Better Business Bureau regarding my experience with Easy Click Travel. I would HIGHLY recommend you steer clear of this company, I would have much rather pay an extra couple dollars booking through their competitors rather than go through this unnecessary and tedious process to obtain my deserved refund.
AGAIN — STEER CLEAR FELLOW UnilocalERS!!!

First, thank you Unilocal for having this forum to share our not so easy click travel experience. After reading the reviews I feel that I should’ve looked before I leaped. We booked a room at a hotel for a weekend to attend a festival last weekend. We knew that rooms would book up fast so we made the reservations the first week of January, a full three months ahead of time. We found Easy Click Travel with a web search and they seemed to have what we were looking for. I made the reservation for two nights stay and they promptly sent me a confirmation e-​mail. Everything is set right? Well not so fast.
We called the hotel seven days before we were expected to arrive and just like in many of the previous posts, «I am sorry but we do not have any record or confirmation of your reservation and we are full up over that weekend.» OK, I will give Easy Click the benifit of the doubt so sent an email to them with my confirmation e-​mail attached asking if they could help us out.
The response back: «Thank you for your email. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, please be advised our reservations administrations team are currently working with the hotel to reconfirm the reservation. As soon as our team provides an update, we will provide one to you. Please feel free to contact us for further assistance.»
The next day I picked up the phone and called Easy Click and was greeted by a pleasant voice. I explained to him the problem and he put me on hold while he contacted the hotel. About five minutes later he said that he needed to call me back because there seems to be a reservation problem and he will fix it because my reservation is guaranteed. Well I waited for a call back but never got one.
I called the hotel manager directly and he told me «the story». Apparently they had been booked full for almost a year for that festival and they tried to contact Easy Click to let them know that they could not take our reservation. He had my name but no contact information so he could not contact me directly when he was having no success reaching Easy Click. He did say that he has us confirmed now though. He had ten people on a waiting list but after seeing what happened to us he moved us to the top and a cancellation came in so we had a place to stay. Problem is that the reservation is not paid for.
So sent this e-​mail off to Easy Click: «I talked to the hotel and they now have me reserved but your company has not sent them payment for the two nights. You charged my credit card $ 256 in January to cover a $ 211 bill. Please send payment to them immediately so I don’t have to pay when I show up on Friday. Thank you for attending to this issue.»
The reply: «Please be so kind to know we have sent payment to the hotel and your reservation is fully confirmed at the property.» Well yea! The reservation is confirmed because I called the hotel and the manager felt bad for us and gave us the first available cancellation not because Easy Click did their job. But wait. You may think this is the end of the story.
We showed up last Friday and I met the manager at the desk. I thanked him for going the extra mile for us. He told me that he finally talked to Easy Click earlier that day. They gave him a credit card number that did not match ours. I said that was good because they already have my money and I was not looking forward to fighting them for a refund. So he used that card number and we had our weekend at the festival.
The bottom line to this story is buyer beware. One reviewer said these people are «hit and miss». I would say they were out to lunch and forgot to come back to work. The manager at the hotel said the guy he talked to at Easy Click «was as useful as pockets on the back of a shirt.» I could not agree more. I will never risk booking anything with this organization and I warn all of you to look elsewhere for your reservations. I paid $ 45 more than I had to pay for the weekend and I feel I got out lucky. I just hope I do not see another charge on my credit card next month. Stay tuned.

Booked a Room a month in advanced for a wedding, when we got to the hotel there was no record of our reservation and the hotel was completely booked. Me and my girlfriend were stuck scrambling to find a hotel room while we should have been getting ready for the wedding. Luckily the hotel that we booked helped us find another hotel that had a room for us. When I called Easy Click Travel they had nothing but apologies and no answers. NEVER BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!

WORST SCAM EVER!!! Booked a hotel through them. They charged my credit card. When I got to the hotel they had no record of my reservation and the hotel was sold out. When I call easy click travel they apologized and said there was nothing they could do. I called the night before and confirmed my reservation. Drove 8 hours to my destination and got screwed! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

My first and LAST time booking through Easy Click Travel! Wanted to get a hotel room for my son (young adult, not a minor) for a convention weekend in Seattle. Found a great priced room through Easy Click and booked. Put in his name as the guest, and entered my credit card info. It gave me an error message that the name does not match the credit card. I exited website, went to book the room again this time with my name as the guest. Hit submit. All was great! So I thought…
A month later I’m looking at my DIscover statement and there’s two charges. The first one had gone through after all! (I had even called Hotel Seattle a few days before the trip to confirm and they didn’t mention anything about having two reservations. So boo to them too! I could have had time to cancel). Called accounting at Easy Click. They could only find one charge. Eventually they found the other and we discovered what happened. All they would do was refund one night’s stay, not two. Very disappointed! In both Easy Click and Hotel Seattle. But especially Easy Click for giving me the error message when in fact it wasn’t. I had a gut concern about booking with them because they look so scammy with their cheap website. There’s a reason for that… they are.

Do not trust this company. They charged my credit card $ 451 in May 2014, but the hotel has NO record of my reservation for this weekend (Mar 6 – 8, 2015). Each time I’ve called Easy Click, the rep said their dedicated team who handles these issues would be working to resolve the problem, and I was instructed to call back the NEXT day. Long story short, there’s no room reserved, nothing has been done to correct this, NO COMMUNICATION has been received, and the company has made absolutely no effort to compensate me for the massive inconvenience of having to find a hotel during the busiest weekend of the year. The fact that they need a team of employees just to look into problems with their bookings indicates that they have a lot of these situations. Their reps are quick to brush you off without providing any assistance or information. Poor management and very unprofessional.

When I tried to make a hotel reservation, the website showed the hotel room was «sold out» after I put my credit card information. I still got charged full amount.
They kept emailing me to complete my reservation later.
Something is wrong with their system.

It was my special needs sons birthday today and we were going to go to lego land in the morning. I drove 5 hours to get to my hotel to find out my reservation didn’t mean nothing and wasn’t honored. I called easy click informing them the hotel wouldn’t honor my reservation but they basically told me too bad they are booked. All other hotels are booked. I have 3 kids with me and now driving back home. I have never experienced anything like this before in my life. My sons birthday was ruined. Easy Click Travel isn’t reliable!!! I do not recommend them to any customer.

Easyclicktravel is a scam! completely fake room occupancy! I got fooled.
I booked Homeric poems in santorini a month in advance
As I was boarding the plane to Greece I get an email saying the place is overbooked and they offered me another hotel in a completely different area that wasn’t as nice
I called Homeric poems and they said had no availability when we booked a room a month ago!!! yet we were just notified the day before our international trip. Homeric poems asked easy click travel to contact us days ago (since I was emailing them about our stay) they lied to he hotel and said they did!!! They notified us 12 hours prior to check in on an international trip!!!
In summary, there was never a room to be booked, and the website should have never represented that there was a room. Bait and switch hotels!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
I booked a room that specifically said «Ocean View» in Carmel, CA, which I cross-​referenced with the hotel’s site that had available rooms in this category.
I ended up next to the boiler room for the night with a view of… my own car on the street right outside. Because of the info EasyClick sent to the hotel which they showed me, my hotel reserved me a «traditional 1 Bedroom» which means any old room.
I can only imagine that EasyClick pocketed the difference in room styles, and left the hotel looking really bad.
Not only that, IT WAS MY FIRST ANNIVERSARY and my wife was upset. Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be a beautiful weekend EasyClick!!!
