Hans Foreign Car Service

Best auto shop in town. I take my bmw here for any problems that arise and they get me in fast. Another great thing is that the owner is easy to get ahold of to talk to about pricing over the phone which is often hard at other places. I moved to lake Mary and still make the trip here for the customer service.

These are great people. In my experience with them I believe they’ve tried to be thorough and straightforward. I feel they’ve given me good advice and so far I’ve had no issues with the repairs they’ve made. I’ve had to return for several issues and they’ve generous with their time and always friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing service on their vehicle, especially if you have a finicky BMW. People who treat their customers with fairness deserve to be in business, I’m sure you’ll be happy with the decision support this small business.

Been wanting to write a follow up on Hans for oh… well over 6+ months! Oops! I had to take my car in twice this year, once for routine work and the other because my starter dropped dead! Hey, I’m not complaining. The car is going to be 13 years old in November!
So, ok, back to Hans. It appears that the previous owner sold the business to a couple of guys, one being the mechanic who worked on my car in the past. The previous owner was a nice guy, but just seemed frazzled a bit of the time. When Jerome told me he bought the place with Mike late last year, I was genuinely thrilled for him. Just very cool people!
OK, enough of the gushing and to the work they performed. Oh wait, that means they’ll be more gushing ahead. Before I get to that, two cliches come to mind that I grew up learning. 1. You get what you pay for. 2. For money you get honey.
I trust these guys implicitly with my car. They are not the cheapest around, but I know the work is going to be done correctly; and, just as importantly, they’ll stand behind their work. At the same time, they are far from being the more expensive either. I do consider them quite reasonable, especially considering the service that you receive.
If you need a good mechanic in Altamonte Springs, you should definitely contact these guys!

I have driven by this place on numerous occasions, and I know others that have had their cars repaired here and have said it was great service. With that recommendation, I headed over to get an oil leak fixed in my 2007 Nissan Altima. Do not let the name fool you, they work on more than VW, BMW, Porsche, or Audi cars. Service was great, prices were fair, and the turnaround was quick. I would definitely go back, as it is always great to have a mechanic you can trust to get the job done.
