Since 1977, Mr. LaFreniere has been involved in shaping the Central Florida commercial real estate landscape.

In that time, he has earned certifications as a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) and Executive Certified Property Manager (AMO).

Mr. LaFreniere has also served as a Court-​approved Receiver and Trustee for numerous banks and financial institutions.
