Established in 2014.

Started when a group of former area drivers displeased about the current service to the customers formed out own company. One week later the owner won $ 20,000 on a Illinois lottery scratch off ticket and here we are still here strong!

Great family owned business … I called for a flat rate from my elderly mothers home in Dellwood mo to the alton belle for her entertainment bi-​weekly. She’s legally blind. I am waiting for the answer now. I have multiple sclerosis and my hubby has Alzheimer’s so we are hoping for an affordable solution for her entertainment.

I needed a ride for a medical procedure and I called ABC. I called the night before and they arrived on time. The driver was nice and courteous and the van was clean. The trip home, they arrived promptly, the car was clean the driver was nice. My only complaint was they didn’t take me directly home, they picked up another fare and then took me home. My fare was flat and the same as I paid on my direct route there, so it didn’t cost me extra. Alton is so small the detour to pick up the other fare was a small one and if that helps them keep the fares low, then fine.
I will use again, the prices are fair and affordable and the service is good. A cab that will pick you up on time at a designated time, is a good cab company.

No option for zero stars? This is the worst taxi cab company I’ve ever had the displeasure of riding with. The cab is filthy and stinks. The driver required us to pay up front before we even left and then went to go pick up a friend at her house and drive her to work… on our dime! If there were any other options and I had time to wait for another cab I would’ve gotten out.

I called for a ride and a van showed up prior to when they said they would be there. At least they were on time. However, the van was disgustingly dirty. I was going to put my bag in the back of the van but it was so dirty I thought it would be better to place it on the seat. Well the seat wasn’t much better. Even the door handle looked like it had never been wiped down. The driver was pleasant, and not rude. I saw we were going 85 in a 55 at one point. I literally thought we were going to slide off the road. The transmission seemed to skip gears with a hard shake. If I had time for options I would have asked the driver to pull over and I would have hitch hiked.
