Byte I.T. was started because Daymond Armstrong had worked for many companies both in fixed locations and field work. What he found was that either they did not treat the customers fairly or the employees and sometimes both. So, Byte I.T. was born of the idea that great customer service could be provided at lower rates, while also treating employees fairly. We are in business to help your business flourish and look forward to serving your needs. We specialize in computer support, network support, network monitoring, managed services and computer repair.

Business Owner
The President and Owner Daymond Armstrong has been working in the I.T. industry for 30 years and started his career working in his father’s computer shop obtaining knowledge and skills quickly. He decided to branch out and went to a placement agency that put him with Exxon for a 6 month project which was cut short.
The agency then placed him immediately with Compaq computers where he was hired after 6 months’ time and spent a total of 3 years working there; further expanding his knowledge into the server side and gained expertise in Windows NT.
Feeling that there was more to learn, he left Compaq and went into the field to gain an understanding of working in different environments. He spent 3 years doing this.
