I called my insurance agent because of car trouble. They were sent to me as an Road Assistance Program through Hartford Insurance. I was first sent a text message that they would arrive at 10:23 am. That came and passed. I called them myself at 11:26 and was told they would be here in 30 minutes or less. That came and passed at 12:00pm the insurance agent called them. First they were rude and told her they would in 5 to 10 minutes. I just got off the phone with agent again, it’s 1:04 no wrecker driver and she reported them to her superior at Road Side Assistance for being extremely rude to her. Now she cancelled the call and will be sending me another service that will get here only GOD knows when. I guess they forgot about the contract they made with insurance company. I going to send Amy Davis at KPRC a letter explaining my experience. She took care of the last lying, rude and an unethical wrecker service. Now I received a call from one of the owners, he said there was miscommunication. He’s a jerk of the first class. He said he would take action and sue for defamation. I will be forwarding our conversation to Hartford Insurance company also. If you can’t give the service you promise a phone call explaining the situation would be appreciated, not rude phone calls and threatening to sue me if I post a bad review after not showing up for 3 hours !!! I’m glad I was not stuck on the side of the road in 100 plus degree heat… I would have died from heat stroke and not been able to follow through on this.

I had a very good experience with my service. My insurance provider called the wrecker and Merchant Wrecker Service called me immediately. He arrived within the hour. He removed the tire and took the time to explain the issue.
