Found a Tacoma online and worked through Marcus. Good guy. Let me take the truck for a 30 minute test drive by myself without any pressure. Meanwhile, they evaluated my trade in, and gave me their offer by the time I returned. Their offer was low, but the car admittedly had a transmission problem. They found me a better interest rate than my pre-​approved offer through my credit union. Entire process took about 3.5 hrs start to finish. I’d specifically recommend working with Marcus

Worked with Mark Holley. He provided great, professional service and didn’t pressure me, which I appreciate. The prices are firm, they don’t haggle, but then again, I did compare the price they were asking for my van against NADA as well as KBB, and it was pretty much in line with what I expected to pay. I have only had my vehicle for a short time, but the review is based on my experience with the staff, not so much the vehicle. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I got my own financing, which required me to call them several times before completing the transaction. Every time I called, Mark was paged and answered within seconds… very accessible. Thanks for making the process so easy.

They asked if I would review them so here I go! What can I say… Straight to the point, no price haggling. It is what it is was basically what they were saying. I told them them I found the same truck up the street for 2000.00 cheaper they said which vehicle let me pull the car fax up so we can compare the two sho nuff the one I was looking at had an accident on it and had bout 10 000 more miles on it. I bought here. Spent an hour total time they did all the leg work and I was good with it. Finance department even got me a better rate than my bank. Allen was the fellow that help me out go see that boy he just started he get you done. They get 4 stars for not price haggling lol.

I stopped in Motor Trends the other day and it was far different than any other dealership I had stopped in because I have been shopping for a vehicle for a few weeks now and I was amazed at how quick they went to work on my deal and I was out of there in less than an hour! Allen helped us out gave us the upfront selling price which was hard to argue with because it was the cheapest I had found I had brought my own financing out in 30 minutes! Excellent customer service I’m telling all MY friends!

Checked out a used 2010 Camaro a few months back right before closing. Spoke to a salesman and took it for a test drive. The price was a little higher than I wanted to pay, I think $ 600 more. Told the salesman I would think about it. He gave me the «some lady who totalled her car would be getting her insurance check over the weekend and would be in first thing Monday to buy it. If you leave me a deposit you can get it» story. Yes, I’m sure lots of women who total their car are looking for Camaros with exhaust cut outs as replacements.
They did call me back on Tuesday to sell at my price, but had already purchased from Ron Carter. Also, had no idea about the factory warranty.
Great story though, keep it up.

This is my second vehicle from Motor trends and I can say they keep getting better. No hassle over you, trying to pressure you into buying. They let you test drive as many vehicles as you like and I normally don’t write reviews but to get the car that I wanted both times is wonderful!!! All the guys are helpful I think they are going in the right direction when it comes to customers satisfaction. I will keep buying from them they take the hassle out of car shopping. I had an absolutely pleasant experience at Motor Trends!!! My husband and I came in right before closing (which I wouldn’t recommend for any deal) but Marcus took great care of us, I know it was late when we signed all the papers but the process was very quick, and easy, they worked with us. It was a pretty drive from where I live but the experience was well worth it. I would other people here, plus they had a great selection of cars, I would definitely look here again for future purchases. Cynthia in the finance department was super awesome as well and I’m glad everyone was so helpful!

I want a good value in a car. An auto expense is a significant portion of our family income, we work hard for our money, and we want to spend it wisely. I’m also picky — I require dependability and utility, but I also want a cool looking car, and one that offers luxury, and I want colors that make it look clean all the time (without a lot of effort) as it relaxes my fussy nature. I was driving a four door sedan, but my car requirements changed, and I needed to buy a large SUV. I researched cars for months because a large SUV was out of my familiarity zone.
My Mike Dodd purchase transaction was exceptional. I was focused on one make/​model but I had the opportunity, in their not-​so-​large, but just the right sized dealership, to look around at many ‘good looking’ used cars on the lot, side-​by-​side. I jumped from car to car and it was a great comparison shopping experience. I felt that I was in the midst of expertly scrutinized cars that made up their high quality inventory. This place is like a pedigree zoo.
Marcus Cook was our dealership contact. He responded immediately to my email but was really laid back and gave us attention when we wanted it and didn’t hover around us. It took me less than an hour to make up my mind to buy a Lexus. We put a small deposit down to hold the auto and then Mike the finance guy went to work. He had completed our credit check, had all the financing arranged with a very reputable establishment, for a good interest rate (for a used vehicle), and the paperwork was all queued up and ready for us to sign the next day.
The CarFax/​AutoCheck history was impeccable. I ordinarily stress and fret over a major purchase but this dealership rocks and earned my trust.
