Had to update my review. After a few decent experiences here, my last two proved to be anything but. I received a full set from here about a week ago. One week later my nails not only looked awful, but they all came off. Not broke off but literally lifted and came off. So in an attempt to right a wrong, I returned. My nails were done better this time at a lower price however, the attitude of the staff was rotten. When I arrived I was the only customer yet none of staff seemed all that in a hurry to service me. In fact they seemed to argue over who was not going to do it. The girl who did my set was rude and very short with me the entire time. Even if my nails do last this time, I will not return here due to poor customer service.

My opinion is that this salon is in need of help. I think it could be fantastic, but there are definitely some things that need to be improved. I went in for a pedicure and full set. The ambience is okay with nice lighting and music, and the salon is well decorated. I actually thought it had a good feel until I sat down in a pedicure chair. As I looked around, I noticed that most surfaces were dirty(dust, cup rings) and worn. Every pedicure chair that I saw had cracked leather on the edges and the one I sat in did not have a working massage control. Cracks in a pedicure chair are absolute catchalls for any kind of dirt or skin that is removed from customers’ feet! There’s no way they are clean. The technicians who were not involved with a client were either walking around in bare feet, eating in the salon area, and/or lounging in the pedicure chairs with their bare feet propped up on the edges of the foot tubs. Three of the technicians had their bare feet on the tubs. My own manicurist had bare feet. When I saw that I realized I had never seen that done in any other salon I’ve ever been to. Not okay. My pedicure technician did not remove her metal instrument from an autoclave sleeve. I hope they have an autoclave to sterilize and I just did not see it… however I do know that the instruments used on my feet did not come out of a sleeve. I got full powder, and I was left with two bubble dents in two of my nails. It’s difficult to get a good powder set, but at $ 38, the work should be inspected closely by the technician and if it shows dents/bubbles, immediately corrected. I had heard good things about this salon, but my own experience was not good.

Went here yesterday before the lunch rush and had a great visit. Pedicure was good and thorough. She took extra time with the bottoms of my feet and I appreciated that since I knew it’d been too long since my service. Another girl came and did my new set of red glitter powder tips and pink fill while I was at the pedicure station. This was nice and I was able to get done in less than and hour and a half. My nails look great and I love the red tips instead of my usual French tips. They are perfect for my stepdaughter’s recital weekend in her studio’s colors. Always a great job and courteous.

If I could give a negative star I would! I have been to this salon more than once and previously had pretty decent experiences. I went today(4÷28÷15) to receive a pedicure and a full set. I sat down at 12:45pm and waited for about 30 minutes with my feet in water before anybody started to even work on me. I told them I brought my own polish and just wanted a regular pedicure. The pedicure went okay with her painting MY gel polish(color and gel top coat), I say«okay» because in between painting my toes she was doing someone else’s gel nails as well but I’m a patient person so I understood. Nevertheless, she finished my pedicure and then moved me to the nail area so another lady could do my full set. I asked for acrylics with tips and my gel polish with design. I only walked out with a full set with no polish because the lady could not do my design with gel polish. I told her that I had gotten that design before but she said she couldn’t so I understood AGAIN. I got up to pay and was told my total was $ 65 dollars! For what I asked she said my pedicure was $ 23, gel polish paint was $ 12 and my full set was $ 30. I would’ve had absolutely no problem with paying for my pedicure and full set but to pay for them to paint my nails with MY gel polish was $ 12?! Completely ridiculous! I argued with the lady about it and the lady who did my toes chimed in that it was originally $ 15 and that she had already given me a $ 3 discount. I ended up leaving this nail salon at around 3pm and paying $ 63! I WILLNEVER again give my business to this salon and would not recommend anyone go here. I don’t care about paying $ 63 but for me to pay that and not get what I wanted and be charged to use my OWN products?! Good riddance!

I must have gotten a new girl today, because I asked to get my acrylic nails off and the process was quite painful. She used an acrylic nail to try to scrape it off. I felt uncomfortable half of the time because the owner I’m assuming was hovering over us and wasn’t that friendly. Another lady had to help finish taking off my nails. My manicure was fine, she didn’t file my nails evenly though. Other than that, the environment seems clean and is very nice. It’s debatable if I’ll go back.

Very nice salon with new equipment. Technicians are friendly and fast. They do great solar nails and I love my French tips every time. Some techs are more experienced than others but overall good every time. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been coming here for a few months now.
