Description

Specialties

Mike and his wife, Amy run a small law practice in Amador City. They primarily focus on debt problems, bankruptcy, and foreclosure issues. They offer free consultations to anyone who’d like to learn more about the bankruptcy process, or about their rights as debtors and what can be done to solve their problems. Mike also gives free seminars almost every month at the Calaveras Resource Center and accepts offers to speak to any group, congregation, or organization that feels their members would benefit from a discussion about financial issues and the legal rights of debtors.

History

Established in 1976.

Mike began practicing law independently in 1976 in Riverside California. In the interim, he has moved his residence and his office to Marin County and then to San Leandro. He came to Amador City about 12 years ago and put out his shingle in Amador City. He has primarily focused on bankruptcy throughout most of his career, but has undertaken personal injury, family law, and has considerable experience as a mediator (a practitioner who helps people solve problems and resolve conflicts outside of the courtroom).
