We are a vacation rental and we are open all year round. Please call us to book your stay, we require renters to be 25 years or older and provide a valid ID and refundable security deposit. We have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and are limited to 12 overnight guests. We have beautiful views from our roof deck and we are walking distance to a wide white sandy ocean beach. We have everything you need for a wonderful vacation in the Hamptons, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach cart.

We renovated this 7 level house in 2006. I designed it myself, it is very unique inside.
