These guys will go toe to toe with your insurance company to stop them from cutting corners and leaving you with a second rate repair job.
They insisted that my insurance company replace the radiator on my car following a collision, instead of just trying to straighten the old one. The insurer insisted on letting a «radiator expert» examine the radiator and when he tried to straighten it, it cracked in three places. Small cracks that might have been patched by a less ethical shop, and no way would it have been as good as what was in my car before the wreck.
Even when my insurance company strung things out beyond the coverage that I had for a rent car, they gave me one of their loaners for free.
