The initial back and forth to the store was a pain due to not knowing what I needed to have for the installers (first wood floor) to start and the desk lady seemed distracted so something was lost in the communications as to the what’s and when’s.
The four stars is completely on the backs of Damon Dubois and his crew. They went above and beyond to make the job happen. Communications with Damon were excellent. He would return calls asap and went out of his way to make things happen (driving to Canyon in snow and ice to get an asbestos test kit, which he wasn’t responsible for). His crew did a great job on all of the angles and the molding cuts and the clean up was very good. They were super efficient and saved me an entire box of lumber to return for a refund. The floor looks great and is so much easier to clean than the old carpets.

The regional Manager Jimmy Sloman was great about the return with no issues and a quick turn around on the charges.
