Really nice little market speaking as a visitor from out of town. Good organic and healthy options with produce that looks fresh. They are a little pricey but I think that is because they are small and for this market(meaning Amarillo), specialty. Very friendly and helpful staff.

As a traveling vegetarian, it was great to find this place in Amarillo! Our cashier was very nice and I found everything in the store that I wanted! Just remember to bring your own shopping bag! Another visit ¾/16 They have Amy’s and Quorn products — including Amy’s Cheeseless pizza!!! Excellent. They also have Gardien products, just not my two favorite-Fishless Filet and Turk’y Cutlets.

As a dyed in the wool namby pampy fussy eater(okay, I just have allergies), I needed to find a reasonable selection of diary free foods and dairy free substitutes to use for cooking. I was VERY impressed by the selection here at Natural Grocers. They had a ton of coconut milk based products which are THEBEST(Soy and Rice eww) and super hard to find. Basically, the other health food store doesn’t carry them. In addition they had a lot of great things like Gluten free flours, diary free cookies, amy’s branded foods, fresh and organic veggies and fruit, etc. All of my favorites were there, plus a bunch of other great stuff to try. For the middle of the panhandle this place had a lot of selection and reminded me of being in Berkeley or Boulder again. Yea!

I love the stores selection, however, the staff is not always the most friendly or helpful. That being said Natural Grocers offeres a wide variety of organic produce, meats and dried goods. Oh, try not to get lost in the huge vitamin section!

The best selection of Amy’s products you will find in Amarillo. Fresh produce, meats, bread. Many vitamins and organic products. Cheaper(and friendlier!) than Eat-Rite. Clean, bright, and easy to shop. Great service.
