I wrote a previous review for this company. I was cursed at and called a liar, plus saying I am faking my identity. I will say I have done business with PATRICK GOODYEAR for over five years and still a loyal customer. NO, I am not the owner or affiliated with the business except or them working on my vehicles. Since I live close enough to Amarillo I can say I am not letting a one time experience cloud my review. This is a honest, reliable, dependable business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS SERVICE OR TIRES FOR THEIR VEHICLE!!!

Wow, Barbara G! You must be a LIAR! Your one review on Unilocal is calling me out, attempting to defend this crooked business. And you just so happened to coincidentally, 2 years ago, be there, witnessing my interaction and remember tiny details of something you simply overheard? How full of sh*t you are! You obviously work there or ARE the owner of this place and are desperately trying to untarnish the online image that Patrick Goodyear barely has. Well I hope you’ve checked on more than just Unilocal,because I’ve posted my informative, honest review of this FINE (sarcasm) establishment on every website I could find. How dare you attempt to discredit me when I am trying to help poor travelers not get taken in the same manner that I did. Patrick Goodyear is a crook and people smart enough to look up reviews before they bring their business there deserve to know the truth. Hopefully it will be blatantly obvious upon viewing your account history that you are indeed Mr. Patrick and this is a pitiful attempt to save face. Your business is crooked and I will continue to make sure anyone unfortunate enough to pass through Amarillo, Texas knows it, even 2 years later. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO PATRICK GOODYEAR. THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR EVERY DOLLAR YOU HAVE.

Seriously, take your business to ANYONE else besides this guy. And I mean anyone. These people are total crooks. Look up other reviews on other websites. I’m not the only one who’s been wronged by them. And I don’t even live in Texas! I was passing through on my way to California and my tire blew out. I needed help. I looked up auto repair in the phone book and, figuring Goodyear was an honorable name to trust, I gave him a call. He sent someone to help me without telling me of any charges I would be receiving. After all was said and done, hours later, thanks to the store owner’s incompetence, I was hit with an over $ 400 bill. That’s for 2 used tires. This guy is a real piece of excrement, and I don’t know how he sleeps at night. Probably happily with his male lover on a mattress full of cash he’s stolen from poor, hard working citizens like myself. Trust me, ANYWHERE else but this place.
