STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS! I have never encountered a more unprofessional group of people. And that includes the OWNER of the company Dee Chaplin. I don’t need to rehash all the details. But just know this… although they may have the majority of rentals available, there are certainly other real estate and property managers available that will treat you with respect. The leasing agents (particularly Cameron and Lee) will likely ignore your repeated requests to obtain information about a property. They will not address your concerns, they will not guide you in any way. Don’t bother to text, call or email. It is doubtful they will do the courtesy of returning any of them. And whatever you do, don’t complain to Dee the owner. She will simply blame their lack of professionalism and attentiveness on you. And don’t think she will do it in a professional manner… oh no! She is clearly the example they choose to follow. My advice, if you need a rental or plan to buy or sell home, seek out one of the many other companies available on the island. I have been in the business world for well over 30 years and I have never encountered individuals such as this. Additionally, at the time of this posting, there were only two reviews for this company and both of them are negative and only give them 1 star. That means 100% of their reviews are negative. That is very sad but clearly an indicator of their business practices, policies and overall attitude. Their motto should be: THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT!
