I am a competitive weight lifter and a professional firefighter. I suffered from lower back pain for about 8 months when I finally took a friends suggestion to go see Dr. Lindberg. Long story short it change my life. My first visit I did not feel like he was going to try and convince me to come back every week. He even told me after one adjustment I might not have to come back other than when I get sore. I have been going to them for about 2 years now and I am so grateful I have. BTW after being adjusted and getting things back the way they were supposed to be, My performance was noticeably enhanced. I was faster and stronger after a couple weeks of doing it. If you do anything competitive and you are not coming here, you have wasted potential.
