Wow. Chili’s is usually great. This one… not so much. We have been three times and each time had a bad experience. The first time– we had to wait with kids for 45 minutes, then for another 30 minutes for our food. The waitress told us our coupon(that we got in an email that morning) had been sent out mistakenly. We told her it was the reason we came and asked them to honor it– they said they would, but then told us they wouldn’t give us the sides that went with the meal and we had to pull the coupon out again and argue over it. It was crazy. The next time we went we had a similar experience– long wait, arguing over the coupon they’d JUSTSENTUS. The last time we waited for an ENTIREHOUR before the manager came out and told us… oops…the water heater had been broken for a long time so they couldn’t wash the dishes so they couldn’t serve us. No apologies or anything. There goes our whole date– we had to get fast food on the way home to the babysitter. Thanks for screwing up THREE evenings out. We finally gave up on them– I’m so not going back.

Fair. I seem to know more about the menu than the servers. My daughter loves the black bean patty. She says it’s the best around. However, more than once she has gotten bacon on her burger, she’s a vegetarian, which is why she orders the BLACKBEANPATTY. Oh, the irony. Still wayyyyy better than the local Applebee’s.

No gift cards accepted??? Had a horrible experience and the manager didn’t even have the time of day to come and talk to us. He was too busy for us. I stood there in eye shot for 10 minutes and he wouldn’t even look up after repeatedly being told I was there. We were told a 30 minute wait, it turned into over an hour and there was not adequate waiting space. I will never return to this location.

I have always liked Chili’s food. This location, however, needs to take a look at their staff and either do some better training or clean house and get some nicer people in here. The host was incredibly rude, mumbled and never smiled. In the middle of the afternoon he was going to seat us at one of the only tables in the restaurant that didn’t have a view of a TV(bowl games are on!). We politely pointed to another empty table with a good view and asked about it and he said, «Well, I’d have to wipe that one off.» Uh, yeah buddy, you are supposed to be working! Then we got a server who was competent but very abrupt and hardly friendly. This is a restaurant! Manager, wake up and do a better job hiring and managing your people! You are not doing me a favor when I come in here – I am paying for this!

Good thing the applebees down the street sucks so bad it makes this place seem perfect. Very good food, good service. Got our food within like 5 minutes of ordering, never had an empty cup of water, yummy food.

Staff is giving me a bad attitude. Place isn’t even that busy. Been getting nothing but short and rude remarks. We were even asked rude questions. It seems like they don’t like ppl watching football games here. When I asked about adding something to my order(when she was taking our first order) and I was given a rude response and backed out. Felt ignored and unimportant. Sad to say this watered down our experience of trying to enjoy the first game of the NFL season. Also there’s shit overflowing in the toilets in the bathroom. Very unappetizing

I loved my dinner here! I can’t say the food was the absolute greatest, but they had quite a variety and I was really hungry! I got the half rack of baby back ribs, and I enjoyed them. The part I liked was the rewards system. I signed up and already have enough points for a free appetizer! The server was very attentive to my needs and was always one step ahead of us. The only complaint I had, was that the mashed potatoes were served in a cast iron skillet. I believe one of the same ones they use for their desserts, so it made the potatoes taste weird. Almost sweet, instead of salty. Other than that, I will go back.

Terrible service, 16 open tables tonight and a 20 – 30 min wait for a party of three. Hostess with Red Hair got rude when we stated we didn’t mind sitting in one of the 8 empty high tables, rudely she told me their kitchen is already backed up and you will always see this many open tables at this Chilis

The chips were fantastic. The guacamole was good. The chicken enchilada soup was very tasty. But the best was my waitress April. She was savvy about the menu and saved me money. She monitored my drink so that I never had to ask for a refill.(3x) Lastly, she listened to what would make me happy about the meal and made an extra effort to supply it. You could not ask for a better waitress. She made a good meal wonderful.

Do not get a guy server during lunch time. They are the worst. They do not write down your orders and then come back with the wrong order or ask you multiple times what you ordered. Then when we ask to sit with one of the women servers they become all offended. After this experience we stopped going after going just about daily for a very long time. Havent been back in months due to the male servers. If you do brave going here make sure you ask for a woman server otherwise your service will be terrible.

The last two visits here were a joke. Order and sides wrong, bad service and timing and not a lot of interest in making it right. Most recently we went in and got the 2 for 20 with fried pickle appetizers… and ordered an extra for our table because we love the flavor. Out came the appetizers. No batter. No flavor. And like 4 stuck together at a time. My husband got a seed and it was large and had a raw vegetable flavor… he finally put his finger on the problem! We had received fried cucumbers. Unflavored and unmarinated. Not pickles. He called the waitress over and showed her the awful condition of them(no batter and stuck together) and then told her his theory. Sure enough she came back and said he was right — they had run out of pickles. So he asked the million dollar question… what would you sell me fried pickles and make a substitution without asking me? So she apologizes and asked if he wanted a replacement appetizer and we got flat bread… which came out when the meals were ½ finished. Then the bill came and were weren’t billed as a 2 for 20… she made a big deal the the fried pickles were removed. Interesting, since we didn’t even eat them and sent them back… oh wait, and they weren’t even pickles! And with the flat bread«substitution» charge and and her not bundling as a 2 for 20, out bill was $ 8 higher than it should have been. And the automatic tip calculator adds in the food that was credited back out… and at that point my husband was in such a hurry to get out he hit the standard 15%…which was calculating in food we didn’t eat or pay for because of how they did the bill. My daughter ordered broccoli with her burger and got fries. Had to wait for the right side. They were so distracted by the appetizers they were caught with that the drinks also ran empty. No offer of some fried pickles if we would come back next time, no comp on the«substituted» flat bread that came ½ way through dinner and overcharged for the meals. NICE! This was our last Chilis visit. Glad the area is growing and there are more options!

So immediately after my last review, I called the Chili’s and spoke to the manager and he apologized and sent me some certificates to go back. I used them recently and this experience was better than the last. I really feel like the prior experience was the result of a messy kitchen or a disastrous work zone and I’m not sure if it was an isolated event or if it’s par for the course. The fact that they tried to redeem themselves says a lot and I might go back on my own dime. One thing is that both of these reviewed visits were take out. On the second one I asked what travels well so that I didn’t have another horrible time. The second time I got chicken crispers and they were pretty good, although I can get something of similar quality from Zaxbys and every time it’s a good experience. Anyway, high marks for the manager trying to right their mistakes. They’re really good people and I think that your best bet with Chili’s is to dine in. For take out I still will go elsewhere.

Don’t go here for lunch! They take so long durning lunch that a boss would freak out. Since I took my employees to lunch it is okay but this is ridiculous! We came at 1:00pm for a late lunch hoping to miss the lunch rush hour but not worth it. It has been 40 min and still no food on the table. We only have 6 of us.

They’ve come a long way here. The new touch screens are cool and easy to place orders. Our serve was amazing! Food was good, drinks were good, other than the Zion curtain things are awesome. Highly recommend this place over some other restaurants in the area.

I’ve got to say — Chili’s is growing on me. I’ve really like their kids-eat-free specials lately, I have enjoyed the food(I really didn’t before except for their Molten Lave Chocolate Cake and if you don’t like that then you’re taste buds have malfunctioned — seek help immediately) and have receive OK service. If the service was a little bit better I would rate this a 4 but when your waiter/waitress seem tired or put out to do their job it doesn’t make a great experience. Customers don’t care if you’ve had a long day or that this was your 20th family table you’ve had to wait on, etc. Buck up and provide the best service you can to each and every person, couple, group or family that come in. On a final note, Chili’s is getting better in my opinion so keep it up so that I can come back here and increase my rating.
