I found this vehicle on line, called the dealer and they worked everything with me via phone! It was AWESOME!!! I flew from San Diego to purchase a used ram 2500. Tyson was extremely helpful, he took my deposit and held the truck for me and even picked me up from the airport. He made sure all the paperwork was done when i got there so all i had to do was sign a few papers and i was on my way. I was nervous buying a truck from just looking at pictures but there wasn’t a blemish on the truck! I am very happy and was treated better here at Doug Smith than i was treated at my local dealer here in CA.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

I gotta say, I normally avoid the dealerships like a plague when I need to fix something. I don’t know why. I had a fairly important electrical problem that I needed fixed, so I made an appt and dropped off my car.
The service manager was a decent guy and shot straight with me. They fixed it quick, communicated with me on the price and got it done on time. I had nothing to bitch about.
I’ll give these guys another try. Much appreciated.

We bought a new truck here. Great experience! No pain. No haggling. And they gave us several thousand dollars off in rebates. The woman in finance was good with the paper work, except she misled us about making extra copies of the keys.

Hate to give a bad review like this. I’ve had nearly 8 years of experience with the Subaru service department. After my most recent oil change, I picked up my car and had change stolen from my change compartment. Its not the first time it’s happened and I’ve suspected it happening in the past. This time I counted to be sure. I’ve liked the service overall but I have no tolerance for theft.

We bought a 2015 kia soul on July 25 2015 from Darin Elggren at Doug Smith kia in American fork. We had a great experience and were in and out of there quickly. I had looked around at different dealerships online and didn’t get the response I was looking for from dealerships. I did the text option thru their website and was contacted by a sales manger. He informed me that they did have the model and color I was looking for. I texted him and made an appt. I was greeted by Darin who was expecting me. Thanks to all at the dealership for getting me a great car for a great price.

The AC Compressor just went out… due to the recall alternator replacement when DOUG SMITH tech forgot to reconnect the radiator fan. Glad I got the Warranty, but Larry H Miller Sandy will fix it, bill my warranty, and the warranty company will likely go after Tweedledum at the Autoplex dealership… DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE! DONT EVEN TRUST THEM WITH AN OIL CHANGE!

Just stopped in to see if they could put the obd2 scanner on my jeep to let me know if the connection was faulty as I had just failed an emissions test for that reason. The guy told me in a day or so they could get me an appt to have a diagnostic done that would cost me $ 90. I went to the auto parts store and they lent me their OBD2 scanner for FREE. This place is such a rip off and the service guy was so rude, I will never bring my jeep back there again. What a douche.

Overall: I felt quickly helped by caring, honest and genuine people. Could have been slightly more professional or capable but overall enjoyed the experience and have no regrets.
I’m writing this review after a month of owning the car. I find that this is the most important time frame to review a car purcahase to see if any regrets or surprises have cropped up.
I typically don’t love buying cars because the reps do such a poor job of selling. They are trying to close the deal before I undertand and have decided what I care about or they won’t close the deal when I know what I want and I have 2 hours of Q&A just to make sure I know what I want. And if they aren’t honest and genuine people, I won’t even deal with them.
I was really happy with Dave Anderson (who I worked with). I had a pretty good idea of the type of car that I wanted (Kia Optima) and it was a pretty hassle free purchasing process. They didn’t seem to really understand my math that showed that putting $ 2,000 more down on a car only saved me a total of $ 1,400 in smaller payments during the lease but ultimately they let me choose terms from a few options that was best for me.
Now a month after purchasing, I wish that I had been upsold on some additional features that I now know that I would have wanted if the prices was reasonable. Those options didn’t even get mentioned to me. Not a big deal but they probably left some money on the table and I would have been a happier buyer.

Purchased my first car through Doug Smith. I was wary of going to a big Autoplex but after looking at several cars at smaller used car lots and being very disappointed in customer service and their lack of honesty I came to Doug Smith. They made it a great experience, were upfront about all costs and worked hard to find me a great interest rate. I was taken care of by Dave Coles at Doug Smith who I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I HATE buying cars… mainly because it is always so shifty. I used to sell cars myself… so I know the business. I have repented and moved on with my life. Our family needed another vehicle as our current car just wasn’t enough for our needs. We walked in the door and met DJ (Jay Leno look-​a-​like) and he was as nice as could be. He was very patient with us as we drove and looked at several cars. When we decided on the one that best fit our needs and price range he was able to negotiate a fair trade in value for our car, get us appropriately financed and out the door. No haggle, no back and forth, just straight talk and great help. The dealership seems nice and ready to help the clients. We found something wrong with the car after we left the lot and they invited us back and scheduled an appointment to fix the issue no charge. Thank you Doug Smith and especially DJ!

Pedram Aram was fantastic! Great customer service and honest. I absolutely HATE dealing with car salesmen and he was the complete opposite of what I’ve encountered previously. He had told us one monthly payment and when we went to sign it worked out to be $ 12 more per month. I didn’t think it was a big deal and went ahead and signed. When he came to get us for the car he double checked to see if it worked out to be the same price. I said that it was $ 12 more but that it wasn’t a big deal, he marched right back in there and insisted that it be redone to reflect the price that he told me. «If I tell you something, than that’s what it’s going to be.» He said. Great guy, I can’t say enough good about him or my car that I got. Thanks Pedram!
