This Dunkin Donuts is really slow in the morning. Incredibly slow. To the point that I’ve waited 15 minutes once for a coffee, and 25 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. On my most recent trips there, they were«out» of the extra large size cups for hot coffee, and only had the funny lids left for the hot coffee versions, where you have the tab instead of the normal top. I would avoid this place and go to the one further down route 9.

Lol @ this dunks. Every time I go here my order is almost guaranteed wrong. The only reason I continue to come back is because of the convienence factor. This morning was especially bad. First of all, the girl at the drive-thru window didnt even let me finish telling her how I wanted my coffee(cream and 2 splenda) before she asked me what else I wanted. Everytime I come here I am always rushed in the drive-thru, but never to the point where they dont even care how I take my coffee(not that they would make it that way anyways). Sure enough, I get the coffee and the order is completely wrong as usual. Not the blueberry flavor I asked for and extra cream with 3 sugars. Save yourself the trouble and just drive a mile down the road to the one on Russell Street.

While driving in Amherst I was hankering for a cup of coffee so I decided to stop in at this location. This Dunkin Donuts located in the Big Y Plaza is one that I have mixed reviews about. Generally this store is really slow and the coffee isn’t the best tasting in the area. That being said, the staff is generally polite and I have never received an incorrect order from this shop. This location is also always packed because of the UMass students in the area which may add to the wait times . In the end this isn’t the best Dunkin Donuts in the area, the one in Hadley or in Sunderland are better. If you are in the area and do need a cup of coffee, this one is OK.

I asked for my two drinks at the speaker, they repeated the order back to me incorrectly(not a big deal, I just ordered again and they repeated it back to me correctly.) Then I went up to the window and one of the drinks was wrong, so I asked for the correct drink again. Then they charged me for the incorrect things, then one of the sizes was wrong, so I politely said AGAIN what my order was(it was a simple order and I was saying it clearly and correctly.) I thought it was all set but I got back to work and gave my coworker the drink and it was completely wrong again. I know everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but I had repeated my order a total of four times and they still did not listen.

Not really sure what’s up with all the negative reviews. It’s a normal Dunks. Has all the typical selections and taste the same as always. You know what you’re getting.

Hands down the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to in my life. I know they’re all independently owned and operated but I can honestly say I would be ashamed to own this one. Every time I walk in there there’s a line and only one register open, run by some kid who is so high he makes Bob Marley look like an amateur. So if your looking to get your DD fix I hope you have some time… like more than 15 minutes. I ordered two hot coffees the other day and drove all the way to class to find out they’re cold as can be. If you get an iced coffee, ha well that’s the thing there is no coffee. Every time I have to tell them I ordered only one cream and ask them to make another one because otherwise you’ll walk out of there drinking a Friendly’s frappé. I would recommend this Dunkin Donuts to no one, its well worth the drive to Sunderland or finding one in Hadley somewhere. I wish I could give it only a ¼ star for entertainment. This place is an absolute train wreck.

This Dunks is not the worst place in the world, my order has never been messed up here. Lately there seems to be an increase of turnover time with orders inside, the drive-through has always been fast, and the bathrooms are clean.

Judging by the other two reviews here, me and my four roommates are not the only people receiving horrible service at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Whenever I go here there is always a line, and no matter how many people are working the staff can never seem to keep the line moving in an efficient manner. The staff sometimes attempt to get the line moving by asking the next person in line what they want for a drink before they get to the register, but this ultimately just confuses everyone and is not effective. The staff is not helpful at all and are often rude. Nearly every time I got to this location my bagel has been burnt or they have made my coffee wrong. Multiple times me and my friend have sat waiting for our bagels that they never started making in the first place. Avoid this Dunkin Donuts and the one on College St as well. If you’re looking for a decent Dunkin Donuts visit go to the one in front of Wal-Mart on Rt. 9 in Hadley. If you have to go to this location, go through the drive-thru…You will get your order 100 times faster, but you run the high risk of them messing up your order and having to park and go back inside.

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts i have ever been to. The coffee is ALWAYS burnt and they never get orders right. For example, today i ordered an onion bagel with cream cheese and ended up leaving to find that i got a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel along with burnt coffee. This place is in serious need of new management or better training for their employees. Its really unfortunate that this is the only Dunkin Donuts in the immediate area of UMass.

The worst Dunks ever. I thought I was alone in my hatred of this place, but my friends have all had bad experiences here. I came here 5 times before I realized there was another dunks further down rt 9(referred to by my group of friends as «the good dunks») and each time it was terrible. Somehow, despite having 7 people behind the counter at any given time, the coffee has tasted like shit and the service has been unexceptional. After swearing to never return, I was in a rush and came back after a period of 3 months. 2 customers in the store, 5 people working, same DISGUSTING coffee. I guess when you have prime real estate you just give up trying
