I’ve dreamed of being a dentist since the age of eight. I grew up in Lake Carmel, a small suburb of New York City. As the youngest of six children in a loving Italian family, my siblings and I are the first generation of Cariellos to attend college.

I graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany with my Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, and went on to complete my Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2000 at SUNY Buffalo. During my time in Buffalo I married my wife, Carrie, and worked as an associate for a wonderful dentist, Dr. Stanley Scott. Under his guidance, I learned to manage staff and create long-​term relationships with my patients.

My family and I moved here in 2007 to start living my dream of serving patients in a family oriented small town.
