This place is great! The pizza is very good. If you buy one you get an hour of free pool. The drinks are well priced around 8 dollars a pitcher for bud light. Pool is normally around 5 dollars an hour. Best pool tables in the area. Great place to catch up with friends and enjoy some pool and pizza.

The place is a real dive of an establishment. Warm beer and dirt in the corners. The bartender who also runs the pool tables was nice, but hard to understand. Wouldnt let us play the table we wanted and told us we had to break a certain way. Pool was cheap and so was the beer. It does have a comfortable feel to the place with a mix of older and younger crowd. Tables looked old and worn, but who cares when you suck anyway.

about 10 Brunswick 9′ tables, one of which is a Gold Crown with Simonis. all of them Very worn, they don’t seem to replace cloth much.
i only played here twice, didn’t like the atmosphere, which feels like a local hangout to drink and more sketchy characters and sanitation than i’d like for a university town.
$ 6/​hr, 4:30−1a, 7 days (but 2x i’ve arrived to find it still shuttered at 5:30p)

I like to play pool here in the winter as long as it’s not too crowded. Since in some eyes, I myself may be considered a conservative old fart, I am not one who is accustomed to what some people call crap. errr…rap. So when it comes on the juke box, I make for the door.
This place used to be called Poor Richards back in the 70’s. My point here is the bathrooms have not change much then. It is this writers belief that the buggers on the wall from the seventies were simply just painted over and are still there now. SO, beware.

I am not sure why this is listed as a Sports Spa. I think that is a typo on Unilocal’s part. There is nothing spa like about this hole in the wall. I went here for my friend’s going away party:
The Good:
–the place was completely empty!
–cheap pitchers
–entertaining drink list
–decorations made on print shop!
–surprisingly clean
The Bad:
–the place was completely empty!
–not a whole lot of seating.
–I put 10 dollars in the jukebox, thinking I could get change back. I could not.
I don’t particularly like playing pool, so this will never be my favorite. It is not a place to meet people or have a wild time. It is a cheap, comfy place to relax with friends over cheap beer.
