Description

Specialties

Reflexology induces deep relaxation. Most clients fall asleep on the table. Clients wake up feeling stress free. Reflexology also improves circulation to all the organs in your body. I work on the reflex points on your feet for one hour. Everyone benefits from reflexology. I have worked on clients from 6 weeks old to 93 years young. Some people that could benefit from reflexology are hikers, dancers, runners, bikers, cancer patients, pregnant ladies, infertility patients, women wearing heels, just to name a few. Reflexologists can not promise to correct a specific condition.

History

Established in 2010.

I have always worked in the medical field, first as an LPN then as a certified pharmacy technician mixing IV medications in a sterile room. After working 30 years in a specialized pharmacy, it was time for a change. I heard a reflexologist give a talk and I had my first session. I knew then that I wanted to make people feel that good. I went to school for two levels of training then opened Reflexology For The Sole in Vermont. The business moved to NH September 2013 and I started building my business again. We moved to be closer to grandkids. I am now nationally certified through the American Reflexology Certification Board and I am NH licensed. I love what I do. The business is now located at 5 Northern Blvd in Amherst, NH.

I attended school for reflexology in 2010 at Omega Institute of Holistic Studies and now am nationally certified with American Reflexology Certification Board.
