Great price and very friendly staff that bend over backwards to help. Not 24 hours for climate controlled units is why I could not give it five stars.

There have been favorable changes with this location!!! Due to family events a convenient storage location was needed with short notice. The movers were there and very accommodating. There was a huge snaggle with paperwork and working with one of the staff members. It took that staff member over 60 days to get it straightened out. That made the family event more difficult to adjust to! Today I worked with two other staff members with much better customer service! I received a late notice even though I was on auto-​pay. Both Andrew and Mike were so friendly and professional it was a pleasure to realize I had overlooked informing them the account set up for auto pay had changed. Tom even removed the late fees because I had not been late before. I would have given them five stars today except in all honesty the previous event should be measured in!

This has been my first experience with a storage company and hopefully my last. Over the past year I have been traveling for work and decided to leave my stuff in storage and what a nightmare it has been.
To start off they couldn’t keep track of what unit I was in and kept sending me late notices saying I wasn’t paying for my unit, however when I signed up I elected to have my payment automatically withdrawn. HOW HARD IS IT TO DIRECTLY WITHDRAW MONEY!!! IT SHOULD BE VERY EASY!
Then I called and they said oh we weren’t sure which unit was yours and lost your paper work you owe us for 3 months. Had I not been in Texas at the time I would have moved my stuff out immediately. Then after a couple more months they just forgot to take money out again and again wanted to take all the money owed out at once. After arguing with them for about 30 minutes they finally dropped one of the months.
Please do yourself a favor and find another place to store your belongings. This place has no idea what they are doing. And if you call to talk to someone they don’t answer, never call you back, or just give you the run around. There have to be places out there that are for more competent then this place. Will never put my things in storage ever again thanks to this place. What a terrible experience.
