My husband and I purchased our first travel trailer from Mark House here. We got a Forest River Rpod and, even though it was probably the cheapest RV on the lot, we were treated just as importantly as the people buying one of those massive motorhomes. Alan in service walked us through everything we needed to know when we picked it up. He took his time and we spent about two hours with him. He even gave us his personal cell in case we had any issues. There was a problem with the installation of the additional braking system for the trailer in our Jeep and they paid for repairs and a rental car while it was fixed. Really nice people and they stand behind their products and service. Good to know!
