Aside from our full service property management, we offer what is called our ‘Lease Only’ service. This service allows you to utilize our expertise to place a tenant in your property but allows you to take on the monthly management thereafter.

Established in 1988.

The Anacortes Windermere office was opened in 1988 by John Prosser, and was later purchased by Jim Scott together with his two sons and his daughter.

My focus is on managing and leasing quality single family homes, condominiums and multi-​family apartments in Anacortes. My goal is to seek and maintain long term client relationships by offering innovative, creative and successful management strategies. The majority of my business is generated from referrals from satisfied clients and real estate associates. I pride myself most on my incomparable customer service and commitment to follow through.

My experience has taught me that service, communication and follow through are the most important aspects of Property Management. I will represent and protect your interests and provide you with a high standard of customer service. By staying current with the trends of the rental market, as well as Landlord-​Tenant Laws, I will utilize the tools needed to optimize your income and reduce risk.
