Owner is cool and personable, seems to truly care which is nice. Results are good and pricing is very reasonable. Been coming here for a couple years now and have remained happy.

Simply put, very reasonably priced, good service/​quality, reliable and are open every day of the week!

As you can see, I had written a rave review of my local and long time dry cleaners and am very sad to be in a position where I am having to update my experience with some unfortunate event (s) with the shop and owner. I have never, ever been in a position where leaving a negative Unilocal review is the only way for my being wronged to be righted.
I recently brought in a top to be cleaned and instead of following protocol the shop assumed they had made an error and damaged what I brought in. Instead of bringing this to my attention, they decided to alter the top without running it by me. In fact, when I went in to get it the day it was to be ready, I was not told it needed to be fixed or at alterations. I was simply told they did not have it ready. I have a problem with being lied to and deceived by someone I have been doing regular and friendly business with for almost four years now.
The top could not be fixed to its original condition and I fully expected, having been coming here for so long and having a positive and friendly relationship with the shop, for them to right the wrong by refunding me for me for the purchase price of the garment. The shop, owner refused.
Absolutely shocked and saddened. My longtime loyalty with this shop came back to bite me. I tried to reason with them about why and how this is wrong but was met with an argument. This is not the way to do business and am sorry our business relationship has now come to an end.

I used to use this cleaner a lot with good results. I moved back to the area and I’m sad to say the service here is no longer good. I’ve had too many problems with ruined clothes recently to recommend this place to anyone. I dropped off two new items never worn for cleaning. Both were over pressed so hard you could see all the lining and interfacing showing through. They looked burned. They did a «Redo» but the fabrics now look old and worn out. The girls did not offer me a refund or apologize when I came in to pick up. Two of my black blazers came back with synthetic fibers stuck all over in the fabric. Felt like I was shedding in spite of delinting with a lint roller several times a day! East Hills… you lost a loyal customer.

Super cheap and open on the weekend, including Sunday. I wasn’t too impressed with the quality of dry cleaning. Most recently I came here for my off-​white suit pants. They seemed to have gotten some sticky substance on it. The pants were nicely ironed and what not, but I can’t help but notice that my pants came out dirtier than before. Don’t get me wrong, it was super cheap, but I’d rather pay a buck or two extra to get decent results. It’s nice to try a place out, but when it comes to dry cleaning, I need something more consistent instead of saving a couple dollars.

Gone here three times to have some blouses dry cleaned. They’re always ready on time and in great condition. Also great prices and you can put a rush on them for a little extra. I did that Saturday and even though they weren’t supposed to be ready until 5 on Monday, I came in at 11am to check and the gentleman at the counter found that one was ready but the other still needed to be pressed, so he had it done right then and I was out the door in 3 minutes. Great service! Really appreciate it.

I have been using this cleaners on and off for about a year. They are open on Sundays which initially attracted me but it is obvious that they have to in order to compete because the service is awful. Initially I thought it was just the young girls working in the front until I had a complaint about an item that wasn’t changed properly so I decided to come in the following day to speak with the owner Kevin. He was rude, argumentative and had no intention on rectifying my issue. So needless I WILL NOT BE BACK.

You are the craziest person I’ve ever seen. I was there next to you when you yelled at the front ladies, you threated the owner that you were going to destroy everything they have. 10 minutes later, as I was talking on my cell in the car, I saw you pulled out the car madly and almost run into the owner who was standing right in front of the store trying to ensure no one gets hurt from you!!! And I saw you came back in 5 minutes and threw some cash at the front lady’s face. You need to stop lying. What comes around goes around. They did nothing wrong.
I’m satisfied with their service for years. The owner is really focusing on the customer service. This cleaners has the cheapest prices in the area. I think they do an exceptional job here and always go above and beyond. There have been multiple times where i have taken my hubby’s shirt for cleaning and they would fix the missing button at no charge.
They also cleaned my coach and gucci purses, ugg boots! sweet!

I’ve been going to them for about 1year now and I have never has any problems. The two girls in the front desk are nice, they always have my stuff on the day requested.
After reading those bad reviews I’m a bit confused… But I’m satisfied with east hills cleaners.

I am writing this review after leaving this Dry Cleaner for the LAST TIME! Since I have gone there (approximately 4 times) nine shirts of my husbands have been lost, my clothes have been «misplaced», I have been frantically called due to that I might have someone elses Men’s shirt (which I did not) but when I called back no one knew what I was talking about. So after returning another 6 shirts last week and two today then being told the nine that my husband is missing might as well be 900 (by the owner) I decided I have had enough. I have been pleasant about their mistakes until today and for my impatience the owner came unglued at me. Following me out the store and telling me he was going to call the Police. I told him he had stolen goods to the tune of about $ 500. (conservative estimate). He was pissed!
I only tried them since they are close to my work. My last Dry Cleaner in Lake Forest who I was going to for about 15 years never once lost an article of clothing or ruined anything. Plus I could pay monthly if I wanted to. Grace… I miss you!
Since we have also moved it’s time to try to find a Dry Cleaner close to my home.
I hope I never have to run into anyone from East Hills Cleaners again.

I seriously don’t understand why others would gave such negative reviews just because they denied to pay extra $ 1 rush service fee so to pick up clothes the very next day. It’s still cheaper than going to somewhere $ 2 more/​piece. This world needs more mutual understanding and caring, being a hater won’t get your life any better. Just my personal opinion.
Anyhow, I’ve been using this place since 2004. Very satisfied with their customer service. All ladies spoke fluent English and they are very upfront in terms of letting you know whether they can meet your expectation. Always magically put on my hubby’s laundry shirts’ missing button without charging extra money, always greet me with smile and educate me with fabric caring knowledge. They did their best to accommodate my request if reasonable. if you bring coupons from other cleaners, they accept them as well. Price is awesome, $ 1.25 for laundry.
BTW, they cleaned all my purses and UGG boots with less then a week turnover time. I sold my Gucci and Coach for lot much more $$$ after it got cleaned, leather was detailed as well.
Hence, I recommend this place to everyone.

You definitely get what you pay for at east hills cleaners. I had some shirts and pants cleaned here and the shirts were not correctly ironed and the pants came out with several wrinkles and creases in the wrong places. The service staff were not friendly and I will not be returning here again. I suggest you avoid this place — there are cheaper and better cleaners around the area.

My family and I have been going to this place for dry cleaning for a while now. excellent service, reasonable price, and great dry cleaning! I just went there recently to dry clean one of my black blazers, and it was only $ 3.50! This price wouldn’t be possible in the Bay Area…
