Flatter Me...Again!

All the people who work here are really judgy. I hear them giving attitude to each other and customers every time I’m there. I come in wearing my gym clothes and they won’t give me the time of day and get really snarky. But when I come in wearing nice clothes and brand name items, they change really quick. I’ve consigned with them before, and it’s not that great. They make you jump through hoops to sell your items, and you get a small percentage. I would say go here for clothes and shoes, but if selling high quality priced items… do yourself a favor and use eBay. Poor customer service. They don’t treat you like a person… more like a means to an end. And for the life of them, they can’t post correct info on their website. And they act like your dumb when you are following what their website is.

I’ve been there with a friend randomly. No one greeted us for the 20 spent in the store, it wasn’t very busy and my friend was interested in some jewelry. Overall, this store in Anaheim Hills has kinda cheap stuff and we could expect better.

Clean store. Fun store for wallets, handbags. Clothing is mid-​range designer, meaning they don’t limit clothing to St. John or Chanel – the owner is willing to accept less high-​end labels, as long as they are in good condition. The owner, Karin, is a super nice lady. She and I both have a love for the «sketchy» artwork of Karen Dupre, so I dropped off a couple of extra Dupre prints I had closeted, simply because I’ve never met another person who loves, or even knows, that artist! In fact, I keep meaning to get back out there to see if she hung either print in the shop!
I am knocking 2 stars off because I had a bad experience. I went in with a Gucci handbag, classic black, in excellent condition, to consign. No dust bag, but it had the authenticity card, having been purchased a year earlier at Bellisima Consignment. The saleslady basically said, «no thanks», without explanation and honestly, I was embarrassed. I don’t typically consign, so did I do something wrong? Do I look sneaky? Guess I’ll never know because I’ll never try to consign here again.

Ok so this place is not exactly a THRIFT SHOP but I think Macklemore & Ryan Lewis said a mouth full. I don’t necessarily think spending $ 50 on a shirt is a bad thing because you do get what you pay for at times. So if you spend $ 10 and have to replace that SAME shirt 5 times well you just spent $ 50.
I LOVE CONSIGNMENT stores and thrift stores alike! You just need to know WHERE to shop! I have found so AHHHH-​MAZING finds in both just like I did here.
I don’t know how I missed this place all this time but seek and ye shall find is RIGHT! So I walk in and the first thing that stands out is the QUALITY items. They had a sale table with purses and a few racks of clothes outside and every label was pretty note worthy. BCBG, LV, D&G, Gucci, Marc Jacobs, MK, etc. This piqued my interest so I went inside.
More WONDERFUL finds NICELY ORGANIZED and laid out so it didn’t look like a hot mess of crap piled up on top of one another. They have a small shoe section and you can find other shoes around the store on displays. They also have a bag/​purse section, denim, long and short dresses, hats are all over the shop on displays and some jewelry. Some of the bags/​purses were in locked cabinets because they were on the higher end along with the higher end jewelry. There was also some costume jewelry as well.
While perusing the store eye-​spied this GEORG taupe leather jacket that called my name and I OF COURSE responded. I mean you REALLY can’t find MUCH REAL HEFFA anywhere anymore at least NOT in California with all the animal activist out there. Sorry PETA and veggies eaters out there but when I see a cow I see boots, with matching bag, wallet, jacket. If I’m lucky I’ll be able to get a skirt or a pair on pants and meal out him too. Did I hear someone say Porter House, T Bone, Rib eye. Yes ya HEARD ME!
I also found a cute little hat that I will wash and then wear, and some earrings that I will also clean before wearing. I am never sure what the cleaning process is for Consignment/​Thrift shops so I ALWAYS do my own.
This little shop is SUPER COOL! Some things I think are a bit over priced for consignment but I believe that the people who own the items get to do there own pricing. I would buy certain things new in the case of overpriced gently used… Key word being USED or PREVIOUSLY ENJOYED which in essence means NOT NEW thus paying nearly retail for something USED is RIDIC! But to each their own.
I’ll likely be back again as the inventory probably rotates and I’m sure to find something.

I went in today on a whim, and came out with great buys! All the employees were so nice and «Steph» watched my little girl while I shopped… so sweet! I highly recommend this place… it has a little of everything with great prices!

Please post your correct hours. You can’t just OPEN when you feel like it. That’s why you post store hours. This is my third time driving to the store during their posted OPEN hours and they are closed. How inconsiderate to your customers.

Great deals and great selections. My one very minor complaint: there’s no way to tell how much each item of clothing cost once you get it home since they remove all the tags

Lots of trendy clothes for great prices. Staff is helpful. I got a sweater that Ashley Benson’s mom donated :)

Went on a Sunday at around 2pm. I looked online and they had a few designer bags that I was interested in possibly purchasing but was told that they don’t show designer bags on Sunday’s and that I would have to come back another day. That won’t be happening, I will go somewhere that will show me their merchandise.
They made me feel like they thought I was going to steal their bags because they said they don’t show them on Sunday’s because it is a security issue.
Purchased a LV bag from them previously ON SUNDAY, but won’t again.

I have shopped here in the past. Some of the prices are more then if you just buy the item new. A lot of the shoes and bags are. Also went in today for a bag that they had sold the day before but still had the postings on line. So beware if you see it on line call first. Also the customer service has gone down. They rather argue then sale items. Also it took them forever to help me. They rather talk among themselves then help

I’ve been shopping here for about 2 years plus and love it. I get great prices on hand bags, clothes and shoes. The owner Karen is a sweetheart! There selection of items are amazing and sizes to choice from. I also consign my clothes here and I’m very happy with the price I get. They sell CURRENT styles. High End hand bags to choice from. And they have clearance that’s totally a steal! Great prices for high end clothes. If you have items you need to clear out bring them to this place.

I’ve shopped here many times and recently consigned items twice. Although I’m able to find some cute items, the prices are certainly not great. I can find new clothes on sale for less than the prices here for used clothes. And the customer service is certainly not friendly. Some reviews below sound like they’re written by the owners/​workers/​or family members.
I always feel so uncomfortable bringing my clothes in to consign… that I’m putting them out. That’s the vibe I get from the customer service. Today I saw many ladies bringing items to consign, one blonde middle aged worker couldn’t handle it and said to the 3^rd lady «there are 2 people in front of you who have brought items in, I don’t know when she (the owner?) will get to you. I don’t even know what to say about when she can help you.» Really? That’s what you say to customers? Fortunately, the owner jumped in and took care of it. But that’s the type of attitude I get when I go in. Very unfriendly. I also felt pressure to buy a used purse the last time I was in. Apparently, if you pay cash, it will cost less, and the lady practically wanted to walk me to the ATM to get cash to buy the purse. I don’t need that kind of pressure.
I used to like this place, but have been turned off by the service and vibe in the last year.
If you don’t mind paying high prices for some cute items and don’t mind sometimes rude workers, then this is the place for you.

Cool selection of clothes, handbags in great condition, tons of sweaters for the fall and winter season! Store is spacious and cutely decorated like a classic closet of Betty Boop. Karen was super nice and introduced me to her adorable dog, Hailey!
Will be returning and would recommend!

There’s a great selection of designer clothing for a bargain. Inventory is constantly circulating and they put it out according to season. Service is friendly. Will definitely be back soon!

I have sold here and also made purchases for over a year now. I absolutely love the staff and owner Karin. Most of my clothes and accessories that I utilize the most are purchased from here and they are the pieces I wear that always get the most complements! I have gotten pieces from brands such as Vince, Michael Stars, True Religion, Sky, Bebe, Hobo (accessory), Dolce Vita, Alice + Olivia, Boohoo, and Free People. All at great prices!
I also like the way the consignment works. First off, they take most of your stuff so long that it is fit for the season and if you sell something within an allotted period of time, you receive a good portion of the sales. If you do not sell that item, then you can take it back or donate it to an organization that helps women that can’t afford such items. Great store with a very friendly and positive staff!

Wonderful family friendly service that’s informative and professional. They carry very high end designers as well as middle of the road designers. All merchandise is in very good or new condition.

It’s a cute consignment store. They sell other people’s designer stuff. They have an okay selection for clothes. I find great jeans here! True Religions, in particular.
I’d like this place even more if it wasn’t targeted for older women.

First of all, I walked around the store for at least 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged by the FOUR women working here. They were all in the back room talking, and had no interest in me at all! Rude!
The clothes? Juicy Couture & Ed Hardy?! Yuck! The shoes were all very worn & gross. The clothes were cheap & trends from 5 – 10 years ago that no one would wear. No classics, no high fashion.
I really thought, being in Anaheim Hills, they would have nicer stuff.

Flatter Me… Again! is a trendy, intimate boutique style consignment shop. They are very well known for their selection of authentic designer handbags, wallets and accessories… which, by the way, don’t stay on the shelves for long so when you find one of these treasures — grab it!!!
The collection of unique and affordable clothing, accessories and fashion jewelry is fantastic! There is something special in this boutique for women of all sizes. I stop by the boutique at least two to three times a week as there are new items added to the sales floor every day and I want to be the first to see them!!!
The sales associates at Flatter Me… Again! are super friendly and courteous. It’s a pleasure to shop in such a great atmosphere! If you are ever in the Anaheim Hills area, I highly recommend you stop by this very special boutique!

Flatter Me Again is a cute little consignment shop in Anaheim Hills, tucked into the shopping center off of Imperial and Santa Ana Canyon Rd.
I’ve found great clothing each time I’ve shopped here. Anyone (no matter the age) can find something to match her style.
There are really nice jeans and jackets at Flatter Me Again. I’ve been here a handful of times, and have found some cute Paige and Joe’s Jeans and a great military-​style jacket (Bebe) that looked brand new. Although the clothing can be a bit on the expensive side, I’ve seen beautiful leather jackets and cute little dresses.
When I shop here, I try to keep my eye out for accessories. I purchased some really adorable jewelry for my mom for Valentine’s Day this year, and I often find great handbags. I usually head for the handbags the minute I walk into the store, but I should go more often if I want to find things I really like.
The customer service is always good, and the salespeople always make sure they ask if I need any help. I’ve seen the owner in too, and she’s always very friendly and helpful even when it’s busy.
