I have earned my Cosmetology degree in The State of Washington and practiced for 10 years in Seattle. Wanting to be close to my Mom and family decided to move to Orange County. After acquiring certification from California Board of Cosmetology 15 years ago, I have been working continually since then. I believe during these years I have gained valuable knowledge and experience in all facets of the industry, giving me confidence to open my own beauty salon. With the support of family and friends and a team of professionals who are committed to customer service, I am certain that I will make my mark in Anaheim Hills Community and the beauty industry. With the blessing of God and your support we will be here to serve you for many, many years.

Recently had waxing service done at Giti by Cali. Awesome service by an awesome woman. She was able to schedule me on a very short notice and provided detailed service. Throughout the waxing time she kept me engaged in conversations to ensure I was distracted from the pain. Would highly recommend the salon and Cali.

I have been going to the same Salon for 15 years. I didn’t want to change but the drive to was taking to much time to Mission Viejo and back. I live in Anaheim Hills and My business partner told me about Giti and I have never been happier! She really knows what she is doing and is keen on the latest styles. The Salon is comfortable and staff is great!

Just finished another appointment at Giti’s Salon with Giti as my hair cutter. It is a friendly place for men as well as women with Giti greeting everyone who enters with a warm welcome. He staff goes out of their way to offer refreshments while you are getting a hair cut. Great service and a great haircut!

When you want to give a small business an opportunity, but instead all you receive is horrible and rude customer service from the owner; Giti is definitely your place!!! It was Christmas Eve and I was running a little late for my appt., but I called to say I was on my way. No one answered, so I left a message. I walked in to very dirty looks from Giti who told the stylist, «If anyone comes in, take them before her» or something very similar to those words. Really? No one was banging down the doors to come in to this place and I can see why. There were only two customers there. I think maybe three more came in ON CHRISTMAS EVE in the hour I was there. I come from a family whose father owned and then sold a very large and successful company. Customer service is paramount for the success of any company, big or small. I called Giti that afternoon to simply explain she might want to rethink her attitude and brush-​up on her customer service skills. She hung-​up on me. Wow!

If you’re looking for an amazing hair stylist to do your hair cut, I highly recommend Giti! She does your hair cut meticulously and perfectly. After she did my hair cut I don’t need to spend lots of time to fix it, it already looks perfectly nice!

Giti’s salon and spa is the best. The owner, Giti, and the other stylists, the manicurist Denice, and the lady who does facials are very professional and friendly. Giti has been doing my hair for the past 15 years, and I would never go to anyone else. The salon is very clean, and the ambience is nice. You can make appointments easily. When you go in you see the smiling faces of the stylists which puts you immediately at ease.

I have been going to Giti for years and I refuse to go to anyone else! I have very thick curly hair that is difficult to manage, but Giti gets it under control each time! Every time I walk out of her salon after a trim and a blow dry my hair feels ten times lighter and has a nice bounce to it. Recently she balayaged my hair and it looked amazing! It’s been over five months since I got it done and it still looks great. Even though I moved to San Diego for school, I make sure to make an appointment with Giti whenever I make a trip back home!
I’ve gotten my facial hair waxed by Cali a few times and I was beyond impressed by her work. I have very thick eyebrows that are difficult to manage, but Cali did an excellent job. I’ve been to numerous different estheticians and have had many bad experiences, but Cali was very professional and patient. She is also extremely sweet!
The last time I was in town for a hair appointment with Giti, I got a manicure and pedicure from Tammy. She did a gel French tip manicure and it still looks as good as knew one month later! Her work was very clean and professional and she made sure I was happy with her work before proceeding to the next step.
Giti’s Salon & Spa is an excellent business overall with great people and services!

Ok, I’ve not put the greatest emphasis on hair as mine is thinning… until Trevor cut my hair. To all MEN in the same boat (only because I can’t speak for the women): he can actually cut your hair and make it look fuller just with his skill and style. He is quite skilled at this and I can’t imagine going anywhere else now.

Sometimes in our daily lives there are things that are just meant to happen…
I finally found myself with a little bit of time today where I could go and get my hair done. Often times in our busy schedules finding little bits of time like that are few and far between. However, I made a phone call to this salon today, a place I had never been before, but it was in my neighborhood… Not only were they able to find time for me on a Saturday, but the owner herself, actually did my hair.
I was so happy I had a couple other things done as well. If you have the time, and even if you’re pressed for time, call this place.
They are so nice and so friendly, that it makes you very very comfortable and that is what a salon is supposed to do… Giti, thank you so much for a wonderful experience and I will see you soon… Tairy

Trevor is a very talented & sincere hair artist!

As I mentioned before my son will only allow Trevor to touch his hair as will I. A few snips here and there then viola! Magic is complete & I’m a happy human with a sweet mane ;)
It’s crazy difficult to find a stylist who has an eye for beauty & isn’t afraid to say what’s on his mind regarding various looks and styles.

Giti is absolutely amazing! Extremely thorough and did such a great job with my cut and color! She spent a lot of time carefully coloring, almost strand by strand, so that my hair looked a subtle blend. I recommend her 100%!!

I actually visited this place a while ago but I never got around to writing a review; so here it is! I had scheduled an appointment with the owner (Giti, who I assume the place is named after) and it did not go so well. When I first got into the chair, she started to brush my hair. After about a minute or two, she hands me the brush and says something along the lines of «you brush it, I can’t deal/​handle it.» Uh, okay? RUDE! You’re a hair stylist, once I sit at your station you should be working on it. It wasn’t like I had crazy hair either, just wavey/​curly with split ends. Anyways, I told her I wanted subtle brown highlights. When she revealed my hair, it came out super blonde! She kept trying to convince me that it looked amazing and perfect, but I was not a fan. I told her she had to redo it and that I was not happy. I pulled up a celebrity pic and showed her what I wanted. She then started blaming me for now showing her a picture beforehand and made it seem like it was my fault. She then showed me attitude and seemed upset that she had to dedicate time to fixing it. When she put in some toner, it came out to my liking. My uncomfortable and awkward experience here deterred me from ever coming back
Note: I was 19⁄20 years old when I visited so maybe that’s why she treated me this way?

I wanted to try this place out a couple of times before I posted a review and I’m glad I did. Here is my review:
PROS:
1. They do a decent job at cutting hair which is why they are getting 2 stars.
CONS:
1. Walked in and three women are standing/​sitting there talking away. They all looked at me but said nothing and went back to their conversation. HELLO! Customer just walked in and you’re not going to acknowledge them??? It was several minutes before a girl came in from outside and then asked if I needed help.
2. The first time I went, a wash, cut and blow dry was $ 45. This time, I was asked if I wanted a wash or just the cut. I said just the cut and it was still $ 45. WTH?
3. The receptionist kept watching the person cut my hair and she had this look of disgust. As a customer getting her haircut, that’s the last thing you want to see! She kept moving out of the frame of the mirror and then would walk back to one of the other salon workers and say something. Not sure if it had anything to do with my haircut but seriously??? If you want to make someone feel uncomfortable, GOOD JOB!
4. Before I was done, the hair stylist asked me if I was paying cash or credit card. It was followed by, «because if you pay credit card then I lose money because they charge me a fee.» WOW! Really?
This place lacks customer service and professionalism!

I had been going to this salon for the past 6 – 7 years. The old owners weren’t very good so I stopped going for a while. But then I got word that it’s under new ownership so I thought I’d give it another shot. Problem was anywhere else I went they didn’t do a good job of cutting my hair… Which for some reason no one can get right except for Giti!
Anyway when I heard Giti actually owns the place now, I made an appointment right away and went in… Boy is the place different. Completely remodeled, fast and friendly service, and such caring staff. I was offered coffee and refreshments for the short period of time I was waiting, and a free scalp massage compliments of Giti.
The part that was so awesome is that this place is family owned and operated and some of the customers are repeat customers from way back. It gives the place a very nice touch… you feel like you’re at home, only a very classy one!
Long story short, you can be sure that you will receive great service, be happy with your cut, and feel way better when you leave than before you came in. Highly recommended! +++++++++++++
