I randomly saw that my insurance agent had only one review on Unilocal and there’s no way I could let that stand. These guys deserve more credit for the way they do business, so I’m officially doubling their review count. Every time I interact with them I get annoyed at every other company I have to deal with that day because it’s not the same. They are so friendly, so accommodating and make it so obvious that they value my business that I don’t even want to work with anything less and that’s just not reasonable. I would love to expect the same from that Comcast rep who’s trying to sell me a bundle I don’t want, or that bank teller who clearly isn’t listening to me… but that’s not going to happen. Kudos to Jones & Co for rising above, and thanks for making your clients feel important regardless of if we have a small and inexpensive policy or something worthy of Lloyd’s of London.

I have had the honor of being a client with this Insurance brokerage for many years, and after having to take two years off due to adding our daughter to our policy, (my husbands employment offered a great discount with Metropolitan– so we took it). As soon as she was licensed long enough to get our old status back, I couldn’t run fast enough back to this brokerage firm. When it comes to auto insurance, bike insurance, homeowner/​renters insurance– these are the people to contact! They handle it all, and make the best recommendations for each individuals needs… What more can you ask for? I am so delighted to be back under their care, and have the peace of mind only a great insurance broker can provide! They have us a lifetime customers, and are thrilled to share their talents with everyone.
