O man talk about the perfect example of a small mom and pop shop and not a huge corporation. I would definitely recommend Kent to anyone. He’s slightly older than most HVAC techs but that’s what makes him trustworthy and reliable. I wish I could give Ken at A-​Plus Heating and Air Conditioning more than 5 stars. Its so refreshing to find an honest company like this. To start with we have a very old air conditioner that we cannot afford to replace right now until our daughter finishes college. Ever few years or so we have some problem with it running and Ken has always diagnosed the problem and got us up and running quickly. If your unit only needs a $ 40 dollar part — Ken will tell you that. His trip charge and labor charges are reasonable too — No overselling and ripoffs like so many other companies. Ken also installs new units and when we are finished paying college bills, A Plus Heating and Air Conditioning will definitely be our choice.
