History

Established in 1979.

We started our business when Marshall’s parents opened a non-​alcoholic nightclub and wanted shirts for their customers. We printed our first shirts in Marshall’s parent’s garage. That was in 1977. We went into a partnership for a while but we wanted to establish our own company. We bought our house in 1984 and it has a large garage, a room behind the garage and a room above the garage – perfect for a home based business. We started out just printing shirts, but our customers started to ask us to do more for them, such as embroidery, ceramic mugs, and now business cards. Whatever we were involved in we did shirts for. We spent several years doing the uniforms for our son’s Little League Team. We also had a T-​Shirt booth at the Orange International Street Fair for 30 years making custom shirts for the customers at the fair as well as for the fair itsself. We also developed a line of recovery shirt designs and mugs which we sell on our website.

I am essentially an artist in my off time, if there is any of that when you work for yourself. Aside from making sure the shop runs smoothly and all the orders are done in a timely manner, I like to paint my symmetry based paintings on scraps of wood and large pieces of plywood.

I began as a sign painter and worked in the sign department at Lucky’s Supermart in my younger days. When my wife Anne and I started this business we had nothing and we used what ever we could find to make circles, which were usually plates or bottlecaps. We worked hard and long hours, raised our children in the shop and eventually were able to upgrade our equipment and advance our skills. I am the one who answers the phone when you call and I take care of processing your orders. Give me a call.
