All Day Smile

My wife and I are new in Anaheim area (December 2014) and needed to find a new dentist. We stumbled upon a few dental offices on Unilocal and decided to make a few calls to inquire about their services. Out of the 3 Dental Offices that we called, All Day Smile stood out amongst our choices due to Erika’s friendly and welcoming personality over the phone. Our first experience went extremely well and was very impressed with the service and care that they provided. The whole staff are extremely knowledgeable, honest, very friendly, and always greet you with a smile. Dr. Pham is very gentle, caring, and she explains all procedures in complete details.
We have been a patient with All Day Smile a little over a year now and recently moved to Inland Empire area, however, we decided to stay here as we love coming to this office, welcomes us as part of their family, and we know that they will take excellent care of us.
Overall, we are thankful to find All Day Smile and we highly recommend this professional and friendly dental office.

When I chipped my tooth and needed a dentist, I had no idea where to find a good dentist to go to so I hoped on Unilocal and seen All Day Smile was the highest rated dentist in Anaheim so I scheduled an appointment and it was the best decision I’ve made. The staff there are really friendly and willing help with anything and Dr. Pham is great dentist. I will recommend everyone to come here for any dental needs.

I use to hate going to the dentist. I’ve always had bad experiences and was traumatized to see a dentist ever since I was young due to the pain from the treatment I’ve received and during my young adult life when I’d visit the dentist and rack up bills upon bills due to the treatment some of these dentists had told me I needed to get.
My previous history or should I say bad luck with the dentist before I found All Day Smile I’ve had 2 major root canals done on the same tooth by the same office. My First root canal was done 2004 I believe, 4 years later my crown broke from chewing on a brown rice. The first, root canal cost about $ 4−6k I didn’t have the best insurance at the time. So I went back to the same office, unfortunately the dentist was no longer practicing there and a different dentist performed the root canal the second time. Imagine the second time around my visit cost another $ 4−6k, after this I told myself I’d take care of my teeth and hopefully will not get billed for this much next time. So second root canal, it lasted about 4 – 5 years until I ran into another problem.
Sometime around 2013, my left gum, close to where the root canal, started to form a bubble at this time I was done going to that same office. So I decided to go to this other dental office my roommate referred me to, first I asked if they were in my MPN they said yes. They did my cleaning at that time and asked if I wanted to do this laser procedure that’s the top of the line that would clean my teeth, they told me it wouldn’t cost a lot, and my gullible self who thought ok since it’s not a bad price let’s go ahead and do it. So the cleaning treatment was done, then they finally looked at the bubble they said I might need to get another root canal done, from there I was like FML not again, that dentist then said he cannot save the teeth and will have to extract it then place a bridge he quotes me close to 8k!!! I was like let’s just finish the cleaning and I will have to look around. Btw 2 wks later my insurance send me my EOB and said this provider was not in the MPN and had to pay most of the cleaning done, and this provider said they were from the time I walked in their office. I got billed closed to $ 1500 but fought them and explained to them they told me they were in the MPN so they agreed to reduced my bill to half, I’m so mad that I still have to pay that much. I’m really traumatized to see any dentist from this point but I had to get my gums check due to that bubble forming.
I was really mad at this point, and pretty much lost all hope with all dental office, then I told myself why don’t I Unilocal?I was never a Unilocaler, this was the first time I’ve ever used Unilocal lol. So I found All Day Smile, saw their reviews and comments from people and that Dr. Pham and her team are nice and basically will quote you and give you a decent amount and will never trick you from doing other treatment you don’t necessarily need.
I came to Dr. Pham’s office with caution, from the moment I walked in I was greeted nicely by Erika and had told me they are indeed in my network. Then I met Dr. Pham who probably is the nicest dentist I’ve ever met, she checked my gums and the bubble and told me the cause of the bubble is coming from my root canal, and I definitely need another root canal done but she also said there’s a small chance she can save the tooth but be also prepared that I might not be able to save it. They quoted me less than the previous dentist, I even had to ask «are you sure this is right amount?» and she said «yes.» So they scheduled me with her Ortho. Finally, a 3^rd root canal was done, and on that day the Ortho said the cause of the bubble was that the other dentist failed to thoroughly administer treatment on the root canal and basically germs were going in to the teeth and throughout that 4 – 5 years it accumulated a lot of bacteria. Luckily, I was able to save the teeth for a lower cost! I was happy from the treatment I have received from Dr. Pham’s office.
From there, I started going to all day smile and getting my 6 months check up and cleaning routine, and I am so happy I found this office. I’m grateful for Dr. Pham for saving my tooth and she really changed my perspective about not all dentist are bad. And to top it off her team is amazing. They are group of individuals who really care for their patients. I love coming to her office and just interacting with all of them. Sorry for the rant, but I had to tell my side of the story.
Hope this review will be helpful for someone, like it once helped me. I used Unilocal for the first time searching for a dentist, I did my 1^st check in at All day smile, and now I’m doing my first review for Unilocal with All day smile lol I sound crazy but I’m just really happy and feel confident that my teeth will stay healthy and get the proper treatment it needs, thanks to Dr. Pham and her amazing team! :)

My daughter is being seen by the orthodontist here and I could not be happier. She had braces through a different office, and the difference in treatment is like night and day. The staff are all so nice, and they always explain to my daughter what they are going to do, and why. Erica is so nice and she totally makes you feel welcome. My mom also had a bunch of dental work done here as well, and her teeth look amazing. She was very self conscience of her smile and rarely showed her front teeth, but after her dental treatment done by Dr. Pham, my mom is smiling all the time. Her teeth are beautiful again. I love how happy my mom is, and I am extremely thankful to Dr. Pham for giving my mom a beautiful smile again. If you want great dental work, go to All Day Smile!!!

I’m terrified of the Dentist but not at All Day Smiles.
Dr. Pham and her team are very friendly and were always concerned with my comfort. Everything is explained before and after a procedure. I had some major dental work done and everything came out top notch with hardly any pain.
There are all these little things that they do that make all the difference. I love that they always call me by my name and they send me an appointment reminder through text. I have never waited in the lobby for my appointment. I have never had to wait to get on the schedule. All my work was done in less than a month from x-​rays, major root canal, two crowns, fillings and a cleaning.
I am so grateful for All Day Smiles and can’t wait for my 6 month check-​up

Huong Pham is the best hygienist that i ever had, she’s very nice and gentle. Most of the time when i had my teeth clean, the dentist didn’t care about how much water i have in my mouth, until i tell them to stop so i can get rid of the water. Huong is the only one that i had that would take time to get rid of all of the water then continue on the cleaning. Unlike other places, i feel good after the cleaning not pain.

I use to be terrified about ever going to the dentist up until I sat in Dr. Phams chair. She and her entire staff are very kind and welcoming with a very soft touch. The front desk started off my visit with a welcoming smile and let me know what I should expect going into it which put my mind at ease. Thank you Kris for being so gentle with my xrays, Dr. Pham was sure to explain all of the procedures and answered all of my questions with patience. It is almost nearing the end of my treatment and I can honestly say coming back for my 6month check ups will be something I wont be fearing anymore.

Dr. Pham and her staff at All Day Smile are miracle workers. I hate going to the dentist, I had very bad experiences in the past. Some of the dentist seem like they don’t care and was there just for the money or the experience/​teeth work was horrible. After not seen the dentist for the past several years, my teeth were in very bad shape. While hesitating to find a dentist, I was given great review by my sister. I gave it a try and had wish I found her sooner. She was very comfortable to speak and be with. When she works on my teeth, she made sure I was comfortable and if I was not, she fixes it. After visiting her several time, I do not hate the dentist anymore. I will not go anywhere else.
The front desk is beautiful and very welcoming. Erica at the front is great, love talking to her.

When you’re practically falling asleep when your dentist is drilling and scraping away at your teeth, she must be doing something right. And I have to give credit where credit is rightfully due.
I’ve been a dentist hopper practically my whole life never really feeling 100% at ease due to a particular traumatic childhood experience, until now. Like in Goldilocks and the Three Little Bears, Dr. Pham was «just right.» She and her staff are probably the first ones to make me feel comfortable. Each appointment has been smooth like butter. Everyone has made me feel welcome, truly living up to their office name. I do look forward to my next checkup, hopefully cavity free. :)

Dr. Pham and everyone at All Day Smile are amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I grew up with horrible memories of my former dentist and Dr. Pham has totally turned my experience around.
I had my teeth cleaned, cavity filled, and a crown replacement done. I’m extremely happy and pleased with the process and end results.
The staff is wonderful and friendly. I was extremely nervous and afraid when I first arrived, but everyone was very reassuring and my comfort was a top priority.
It is clean and nicely decorated. Everyone exudes professionalism. I really appreciated that they told me what they were going to do and why. I loved that they answered any questions or concerns that I had and educated me on preventative measures, what to expect in the future, and why it is important.
Bonus, i never had to wait long in the waiting room!

The entire staff at All Day Smile makes you feel so welcome as soon as you step in the office. They truly take care of you and make you feel like you’re part of their family.

Seriously THE BEST dental experience ever.
Erika at the front desk is amazing and super nice! Huong, the hygenist, is so easy to talk to about anything. Dr. Pham, well she’s awesome for just having an amazing place and staff who seem to really happy to work there.
Everything there is immaculately clean, organized and calm. It’s not like the old school sterile environment; smelling of that paste they stick in your mouth.
This place has up to date magazines that people actually want to pick up and read. If you don’t like magazines then you watch one of their multiple flat screen TV’s they have. (Hint: they even have those flat screens at your individual dentist cubicle).
No other dentist that I’ve been to even remotely compares to ALL DAY SMILE! You won’t be disappointed!

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist because of the pain. Dr. Pham did such an amazing job with making feel comfortable and at ease, I had the best experience with having 4 extractions. Oh and not to forget the wonderful office staff, they is the most catering and understanding staff ever. I’m currently a patient for the ortho side and Dr. Lee takes the time and listen to all my whining. He Is also very patient. I look forward to all my appointments and never been so confident in such a great dental team. Thank you.

First time here! Great genuine hospitality. X-​ray tech/​dental assistance and thr dr pham was nice and gave great sincere recommendations. Secretaries were so friendly too! Explained everything in detail my itemized deductions and all. Forgot to mention they also give u a bottle of cold water bottle while you wait. Is my go to dental office now and will recommend everyone I know! Coming back for my fillings and teeth cleaning next week!

I was always afraid of the dentist growing up. So when we moved to Anaheim a few years back, it took me this long to find a dentist that had really good reviews.
Thanks to everyone here on Unilocal,I found Dr Pham and All Day Smile and decided to give it a try. My experience was sooo amazing. Dr Pham is so sweet and gentle and always making sure you’re doing ok.
I’m a huge wimp and it really takes a lot to numb me (about 4 or 5 times on my right side to be exact) but Dr Pham was so patient whenever I told her anything hurt. I kept apologizing but she assured me that her main concern is that I’m comfortable enough to the point where I could take a nap if I wanted to ;)
I’ve been back a few times since then and everyone here is so sweet and friendly. It’s not hard to get an appt here, I was surprised they could fit me in right away when I called.
I can actually say that I can’t wait to go back!

I have been here several times now, for a root canal and cleaning. Unlike most people, I don’t really fear going to dentists. I generally go to wherever is convenient to my home or work, and I’ve moved many times so I’ve been to many places that were both good, bad, and in the middle. But this place I love so much I’m sticking to it, even though I don’t work nearby anymore. Love the entire staff’s genuine demeanor, the office’s extreme cleanliness, and their time sensitivity (no long waits!). It isn’t the most high-​tech dental office I’ve ever seen, which I appreciate because space-​age offices and their (I guess not surprisingly) astronomical charges are never worth the up charge. In Unilocal’s words, this is as good as it gets.
And can I just say, I love that they carefully apply nice cherry lip balm for after procedures? And that they check to make sure I don’t have crazy stuff on my face? I don’t know how many times I’ve gotten out of a dentist chair looking like some kind of dehydrated, bespeckled monster. It’s in the details, people.

Wow, I never thought I’d say I look forward to going to the dentist, but in this case, I do!
Everyone at the office is VERY friendly and always makes me feel very comfortable. Erika always greets me with a smile and asks how I’m doing — she is the greatest. Huong is the BEST hygienist I have ever had and I always enjoy the conversations we have. She even remembers things we talked about 6 months ago — great memory, and that little extra mile she goes is really appreciated. Dr. Pham is always very thorough with my exams and her personality is very calm and comforting.
Lastly…the office is very clean and nicely decorated, and I have never had to wait more than 5 – 10 minutes before being taken back for x-​rays.
I’m moving to Houston in a week and am very sad to leave this lovely group of people. It’ll be darn near impossible to find such a wonderful dentist and staff over there!

Tried this Dentist out after a friend of mine recommended her. My experience was amazing! Now there’s no need to get nervous or anxious about a dental appointment. Everyone in the office was really nice and made me feel so comfortable. Very honest. My cleaning was very easy with absolutely no discomfort. I will definitely be coming back for my routine cleanings here!!!

Hands down the best dental office I have ever been too! The ENTIRE staff is so nice and professional!!! I must confess, that I have a major phobia for the dentist, Dr. Pham made me feel so relaxed that I almost fell asleep in the chair (and that was while have 3 filling put in!)
Also, I did not feel like I was being sold on different proceedures, but rather I felt that they were consulting me and truly cared about my mouth and general overall health.
