just called all state and she started giving me wrong information about MY OWN DMV record. basically accusing me of things. get it together all state. update your system

Definitely not worth going to. Totally incompetent. I asked for a change in my policy and guess what, instead of changing the amount it was tripled. Tried calling and of course no answer yet. Leaving me damn mad, overdrawn at the bank, paying for a service I no longer want. Never will I do business with Allstate, especially if all of their reps are this incompetent.
