Anaheim Dentist -Open 7 Days a Week – Until Midnight

I got my wisdom teeth out about a month ago, I was so nervous and was expecting the worst pain ever. Doctor was very nice and so gentle, the girls in the front are super nice and even though they are super busy they always make sure they pay attention to you. I went back to get a cleaning after I got my braces off and I love how clean my teeth are now. I used to go to western dental and besides being extremely expensive I would only get a quick 5 minute cleaning. Michael is super nice and makes sure his patients receive the best treatment, if you are looking to save a lot of money I definitely recommend this place! And they are open until midnight and Sunday’s which is a plus for those who have a tight work schedule! I’m shocked by the reviews on here, for being extremely busy they do an awesome job.

I cannot express how unprofessional this establishment and its employees are. They clearly have a major lack of respect for their patient’s well being as well as their time. I have given this place several visits and each time it is worse and worse. Shouldn’t it the exact opposite as I am building a relationship with these people?
Michael the manager is nice and very friendly, but way to pushy with trying up sell me to point where I feel awkward and uncomfortable. If you are not a dentist you have NO BUSINESS telling me what I need to have to done to my mouth. I will leave that to the man with the dental degree who has a reputable background to tell me what I need and do not need. When you are so pushy in your sales it makes me question your integrity. Do I really need this? Is that cavity really there? Or are you just trying to squeeze more money out of me? Yes, I realize this is something all dentists do. I’ve made it quite clear I do not have dental insurance and am a cash paying patient. Work with me not against me!
So there’s a major turn off and this is something Michael does every single time I come in and I am sure he is doing this to everyone. So unprofessional! Perfect example is I had come in to have an implant process started. So that means I come in once we determine what the issue is. Wouldn’t that be the appropriate time to try to up sell me and go through what I will need to have done in my following visit? So I come back a week later and Michael decided to pressure sell me while I’m sitting in the chair getting numbed. I don’t know about you all, but if I’m about to get a tooth pulled I have very high anxiety about it especially when the lady 2 chairs down from me is screaming bloody murder! (Yes you can see everyone having their work done, there is zero privacy) So to end this thought. Don’t be such a pushy salesman, really rethink your approach!
The actual dentist (forgot his name) who does the wisdom teeth and other extractions is actually very pleasant and I highly recommend him. He has been great with my past 3 extractions. Each time he has taken great care and talked me through the entire thing which really eased my nerves. He gets 5 stars. Unfortunately this Unilocal isn’t about him it’s about this place as a whole.
So yesterday I come in, 9am appointment (first appointment of the day) you would think I would waltz right in right? Nope! They let me sit there for 45 minutes then put me into a chair so I can sit another 15 – 20 like usual? Unacceptable! Only to find out from the nurse they had taken a walk in at my appointment time! Are you kidding me right now? Why did you have me make an appointment and call me 3 times as well as text to confirm this? So I got up and waltzed right out. Only after explaining how I had to schedule around this go to work after and had to to take off to be here. How incredibly inconsiderate of a returning/​or any patient. I totally am sensitive and understanding that in the medical/​dental field there are emergencies. It happens, I’m sure someone had a worse tooth ache then me at the time. Just call me and let me know!!! This way I don’t drive an hour in the rain in rush hour traffic to be here on time. I’m cool, I maintain an appointment book as well, only difference is I ACTUALLY HONOR MY APPOINTMENTS! I don’t believe in making people wait and wasting their time. If I run late I call them as soon as I can or have the front desk call and ⁹⁄₁₀ times they are more than understanding and come later or reschedule. I have not once ever lost a client due this, in fact they appreciate as I would have.
Have some respect for yourself and for the patients.
As I walked out they made no apologies as I am sure they don’t really care. We are like cattle to them and I’m just another mouth in their chair. Well this really sucks for me seeing As I’m in the middle of an implant process and now will have to find someone else.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. First of all, they were open at 9 pm when my toothache had become unbearable. This was amazing as it was harder than hell to find anyone open! The staff was wonderful and very caring. I was taken right back for X-​rays and met the dentist within 10 minutes. We all agreed that the tooth had to come out (it had broken off at the gum). They immediately numbed me up so I didn’t have to wait very long. I was completely numb when she came back to check on me. The dentist was extremely professional, even when I almost passed out on them. Every person I came into contact with was amazing. If you have a late night emergency or just need a dentist with late hours I highly recommend them!

Records kept getting mixed up

I’m terrified of the dentist I think by genetics, since my mother is even more terrified than I am. So when I went to Anaheim Dentist I was expecting the absolute worst when I had to have a tooth pulled.
I called ahead and was able to make an appointment, I only waited about 10 minutes in their funky 50s style waiting room. The girl who did my X-​rays did a great job. The last time I went to a dentist (a super fancy 5 star dentist in Pasadena) they bruised the inside of my mouth and made my gag so much that I threw up on the guy taking my X-​rays. No, the girl was awesome and gentle and I didn’t feel like I was going to die.
So I think they were pretty busy so I’m not gonna complain about the wait because obviously they’re not sitting in the back on Facebook making people wait, contrary to what a lot of these reviews say.
Anyway, I came back later that night (they stay open very late) and had my tooth pulled. It was horrible, I mean, getting a tooth ripped out would be horrible even at one of the wonders of the world, but it was a little less horrible here. The dentist I had was very straight forward which some people don’t like but I appreciated, and she had a total mom vibe that made me feel like I could trust her with the task of ripping a tooth out of my face.
I came back for a follow up appointment and they got to me quickly and everything turned out fine and my socket healed perfectly and quickly. Not to mention I didn’t have insurance at the time and it was not a bad price!
Some advice though for the place, spend some money on a maid service or something. Do some dusting, get some Clorox wipes for all the corners and electrical chords that get ignored in the back of the room. It was a tad bit dusty. But all the equipment was clean and fresh so don’t worry.

WORST SERVICE EVER!
Expect to wait 3+ hours on sunday for one tooth extraction. I walked out after 3 hours. I would rather pay for insurance and get better service than what i got here. And wait till they put that red stuff in your mouth… but dont give you cup or something to spit in! They just leave and go attented other parients that are MORE important that you. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I had a tooth ache that was almost too much to bare, so I called this place at 8:30 for emergency visit. Unfortunately they didn’t have any doctor available, however the gentleman who answered the phone went above and beyond to console and aid me in temporary pain relief management. You don’t encounter people like him anymore these days, he truly cared about my well being and took like 20 minutes giving me all kinda of remedies and apologizing for my pain. His name was Michael, and he was extraordinary with his customer service. businesses need more Michaels these day. I don’t live near Anaheim but because of his kindness I’m going to make the trip in the morning. Hope he receives praise for being a huge asset to the company. He deserves it.

My experience here was quick & inexpensive! Great price for a broke college student! I need my wisdom tooth pulled which I will probably come back here to do in the next few weeks but getting the antibiotics/​pain killers to get rid of the inflamed gum for the time being was all I was interested in because of the pain! Their flexible walk in hours are awesome, as well as the surgeon who comes in Sunday’s for teeth extraction! I would definitely recommend this location to others!

I might agree that for a first time patient not having to pay is Great!
My husband recently went for a toothache they told him a couple of options.

Pulling Tooth Out
Getting a Bone Graph
Root Canal
All these great options but to pricey for us.
the only one which was reasonable was pulling it out which was $ 150 when my husband decides to just pull it out because the pain was finally killing him he went back and they told him «he cant just pull it out» he has to get a bone graph because his sinus nerve. So my husband wasn’t able to get it pulled out. He doesn’t have the finances for a bone graph because it was almost $ 500 (I get it our fault for no insurance). SO the dentist tells my husband to go home and get the finances and come back. (like its so easy) then he tells him i can give u antibiotics which well only cost you «$ 10» at the pharmacy but you have to pay them $ 50 for the prescription. So my husband thought ok I can do that for now. GOes to the pharmacy $ 10 my A** it was another $ 50. they should pre-​warn patients and not try to get money by saying that.
In the end we ended up paying for the meds because my husband is in pain!

Disgusting, I am finally filing a formal complaint and suing this lady and her boss the Iranian office manager /​owner that gives medical advise rather then doing his job. He obviously owns this place and that is the problem. He has no license and doesn’t worry about complaints. They even forget to change gloves between patients. disgusting place, they would intentionally keep me here for 7 –8 hours each time i came for guarantee service to discourage me to come back the crowns are cheap from out of country, they import from god knows where to offer the cheap pricing. and if you don’t buy new service they won’t honor the warranty. They told me that it was my fault that 3 out of 4 crowns have cracked and i accidentally
swallowed one,. Now i have to go spend thousands trying to fix the mess.
Don’t go there and I am going to try to do what I can to teach this guy to stay out of medical field or get his license.

I was able to get a root canal at 8pm on a walk-​in. I love the accommodating hours and the competitive pricing.

Pros: Open 7 days a week until midnight; Good prices.
Cons: Slow service; Only one dentist on site.
Overall all I will keep going due to their flexible hours.

I like this dentist. I’ve been coming for years. They are fairly priced, gentle, and friendly. I had a panic attack there when I first went and they treated me very kindly. I moved far but I will still continue to come here because it’s hard to find a good dentist. :) I recommend!

Came here for emergency dental while on vacation. Wouldn’t want to come here as a regular patient.

I had a tooth that I knew wasn’t in good shape go nuclear yesterday. After suffering all day at work, when I came home I did a search on nearby dentists who were open on Saturdays. I came up with this place. I called and the person on the other end was super nice and very helpful about getting me in and gave me some great suggestions for getting through the night.
I was there a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and was there a total of two hours. I thought the staff was really nice, though a little scattered. Because of my bad tooth, x-​rays were a little ackward, but we got them done. While I was waiting for the dentist to actually see me, I had another doctor (I think she was a doctor) who wanted to discuss my teeth with me. Now, all I can say is pressuring me to do ANYTHING when I am in pain does not work well. She wanted me to get all this work done which I could see needs doing, but I do not have the money.
I like the fact that they have t.v.s to watch, that kept me entertained while I waited. One of the assistants came over and put numbing jell on my gumline and the roof of my mouth and about 20 minutes later, Dr. Park came over and asked me if I were ready for my injections. Dr. Park has a deft and light hand and talked with me through out the whole time while giving me a total of 6 injections, I think 6. The assistant managed to bang one of my other bad teeth. She needs to be more careful.
Now, in my opinion, Dr. Park carries the whole practice, the poor man looked like he was run ragged! But, if I ever need emergency or regular dental work done, he is the one I would depend on. He explained to me exactly what was going on while he was maneuvering to pull my bad tooth and had it out in less then 3 minutes. Dr. Park knows his stuff and I am incredibly satisfied with my experience there.
I would have given 5 stars, but the whole upselling and basically trying to scare me to get more work done did make me angry. I must say that the lady backed down and agreed with me about what needed to be done right then.
Overall: very happy with my experience. Was given a script for antibiotics and pain killers and am at home doing okay. I am sure the lisping will go away!

Anaheim dentist is a complete rip off. I went because I had some pain on both sides of my mouth for them to check it out. So all i need done are x-​rays and a quick exam for them to diagnose me. Should be quick right? Wrong! I waited over an hour for the dentist to look at the x-​rays and tell me her thoughts. She tells me I have a really bad cavity in 2 teeth so bad there is a crackline in both and that they both need «buildup» (whatever that means) $ 150 each PLUS crowns $ 400-​$ 600 each plus i really should get a deep cleaning she says for $ 300. I told her i’d rather fix the pain first before the deep cleaning and she then became a salesman 4 different times asking me if im going to get the deep cleaning first and when i wanna schedule the deep cleaning after I kept making it clear i wanted to do whatever would fix the pain. The dentist acting like a salesman is what led me to not schedule an appointment and go see my family dentist who i trusted (only reason i tried here is because its suppose to be less expensive)
So I went to other dentist and didn’t tell this guy what the other dentist had suggested. He took x-​rays and checked out my teeth and said i have two minor cavaties that would be fine as long as I got them filled within the year but thinks the pain is just inflamed gums and that antibiotics and a deep cleaning should take care of it all. deep cleaning was 310 so i saved minimum $ 1,090 by going to this other dentist. $ 830 after i get the fillings too. so moral of the story is the dentist at anaheim dentist is a crook just trying to get your money instead of doing whats actually best for you she adds issues that arent even there. Never again.

Let me start off like this. I HATE THE DENTIST. HATE HATE HATTEEEE the dentist. Thus the reason why i hardly like to go lol. I read the reviews and i was skeptical on going here really. But i was in major pain with a toothache, i had no insurance and i didn’t want to waste my work days. So i chose this place. They offer root canal service which is what i needed. Not sure who my dentist was but let me tell you she did a hell of a job! I can tolerate some pain and needles are whatever but my last root canal was hell from another place and after every nova cane shot, i could still feel the pain of every nerve poked and it sucked. I was thinking it was going to be the same way but not even at all. The whole side of my mouth was completely numb. I didnt feel anything just the noise of the drill which was enough.
As far as the wait. There wasn’t anyone else there (thank god) so they went to work right away. I have to go back soon so they could finish the root canal but im no longer in pain thank you Jesus hallelujah! lol. for those i guess you said you waited sorry to hear about it. I did come prepared just in case i did have to wait. i brought magazines, a ipod, and movies just in case it was that long. I know she said my sat appt i would be there all day which is cool seeing a block away there is a strip club «show girls» ill probably go check it out and right a review there too. XD
For the price and services and hours i cant complain. She did great the staff was cool and they took care of what i needed. Ill finish the review once the root canal and pfm are in place. BTW there is no weed clinic next to it. Thats pretty much about a block and a half maybe longer than that on the next street. Stop lying! had me looking around for nothing… lol.

I have came back to Anaheim Dentist on numerous occasions now. Most recently to get orthodontics work. I see people talking about their long waits and now that I think back there was maybe one occasion where I too had to wait for a long while. But I think their hours of operation, cost and service trumps all the waiting. Plus, the techs that have been working on my ‘teef’ have all been great. Just got to be vocal and tell them what’s on your mind and they will attend to it.
Also, has anyone noticed how many 4 or 5 stars have been removed from Anaheim Dentist’s Unilocal page… and hardly any 1 or 2 stars removed… Their 3 Star Average should be much much higher, many reviews show this.

For everyone complaining about the wait… mine has topped yours. and no, I’m no proud.
I had a root canal done and it took 12 hours… yep
I don’t really care if I had a nasty infection or not, I was very uncomfortable and since I wasn’t planning on spending literally the whole day there without food it was a bitter experience.
As nice as they were… they seriously did not consider the WAIT and thats why I rated them so low.
I paid $ 1000 and then they wanted me to come back a month later to do a referral with my wisdom teeth… um… no. :/

Just came back from a 5 HOUR appointment.
Yes, 5 hours for a simple filling.
I came in for my appointment at 1pm. They took my info and 15 minutes later they sat me in one chair and took Xrays. Then they moved me to another chair and LEFT ME THERE FOR OVER an hour!
The dentist came, gave me Novocaine and then disappeared for another 30 mins, came back and said their compressor was down and it should take 15 minutes to work again. She came back after 20 mins and then worked on my tooth, went away for another 20 mins and then came back again.
Repeat this 4 times with intervals of 20 minutes at a time.
In the meanwhile, you don’t know what’s going on, you’re stuck, and when they do work on you, it’s SUPER-​RUSHED because they’re afraid their EQUIPMENT WILL FAIL again.
The good:
–They’re open late, but it didn’t matter because I was there in the afternoon.
–They accommodate walk ins and last minute appointments.
–They have individual tvs (because you will be STUCK there for hours)
–The dentist was nice and listened to what was hurting.
The bad:
–They have the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL dental assistants ever. They don’t suction, were rude to the dentist and didn’t listen to her requests or help out, one was sitting next to me literally picking her nails while the dentist was working on me! EWWW.
–They have no sense of professionalism or urgency. THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION-​you don’t know what’s going on.
–The dentist was not gentle.
I came here because of the positive reviews and the price because I don’t have insurance currently. It was $ 85 for a shallow filling. 5 hours later, I can honestly say that it wasn’t worth saving $ 40-​$ 60 for the experience.
Tip: Don’t come here unless you have massive amounts of time or patience.
